I'll list how powerful prime sasuke (chapter 700)would be and all his skills
The 100% happening :
1-all rinnegan abilities including limbo: it's confirmed in the DB to be exclusive to the original wielders of the rinnegan (unlike amenotijikara which is only for sasuke and maybe hago) that's why madara was the only one who used it so hago and sasuke should have it
2-above JJ speed: Sasuke was able to reach lee's level in speed in a month not to mention he developed lightning release and learned chidori at the same time and after the time skip he has enough speed to chase down JJ madara who ran ahead of him and cut him in half and was able to slice a CT made of many mountains in a blink of an eye so his speed should be in a whole other level by the time he's in his prime
3-high chackra pool: after the time skip he had enough chakra to freely use chidori many times a day which he was only able to make 2 and kakashi was able to make only 4 but hebi sasuke can spam the hell out of chidori and after he got the MS he was able to spam amaterasu and susanoo which even itachi can't risk to use alot in a day (edo has unlimted chakra and stamina so it does not count) so by the time he's in his prime he should have enough chakra to make his final PS without the need of bijuus.
4-high stamina: he has shown great stamina in his fights in the kage summit and the war and was able to keep up with naruto in their final battle so he should have great stamina in his prime but not on the same level as naruto.
New moves:
Amenotijikara+Human path: an instant kill attack that teleports the victim to his hand with amenotijikara and then reap their soul with human path resulting in their unavoidable death
PS+Deva path: a huge scale almighty push would be a small country buster and also can a pull an even bigger meteor than madara with his final PS using almighty pulll also with almighty pull he can pull alot of enemy's to the PS hand and use human path on all of them.
PS+Asura path: he can do to things with it:
1-small version: like a power ranger he'll coat himself in a PS armor fused with the mecha armor asura path gives him and he can make make asura path+PS weapons in a power ranger like fashion go go Susanoo Ranger!
2-huge versiom: like a megazord or a gundam a mecha PS with booster's in his legs rocket launchers energy canons laser swords you name it!
PS+kagutsushi : he can make a bigass black flame ball and throw it like the spirit bomb from DBZ and also make a huge black flame sword.
PS+Preta Path: ultimate defense from ninjutsu is preta path and ultimate defense from taijutsu is susanoo and add sasuke's immunity to poison and genjtsu makes a really hard enemy to land a hit on.
PS+Amenotijikara: that thing was pretty fast with thous huge wings and add teleportation to it and it's a another level of speed.
PS+Genjutsu: Rinnegan: it'll only increase the radius of his genjutsu. keep in mind that it does not need eye contact since it put the bijuu's who were behind sasuke in genjutsu so no eye contact needed so it can solo everyone minus other rinnegan wielders and naruto.
PS+Chidori blade: can make a sword X10 sharper than the normal PS sword and can cut almost anything
many other OP combos.

unlikely to happen or fan-fic:
1-new CS power: Sasuke would absorb jugo and regain his arm back and can enter a new CS state similar to jugo which would allow him to use senjutsu and black chidori and can infuse his CS with his PS or final PS to make it stronger and take a more demonic look with bat wings and a dark indra arrow!
2-no limit amenotijikara: after he masters the rinnegan he'll bypass the limits to his tech and it'll have no cool down or
radius.
3-New sword: maybe a gift from oro and suigetsu a stronger version of his previous sword.
4-hawk sage mode: hawk sage mode would give him hack wings and legs and a more precise vision so he can aim other MS and rinnegan skills alot better.
5-white snake power: absorbing orochimaru and getting back the powers hebi sasuke had.
6-learning/copying byakugo from sakura: highly unlikely.

don't get me wrong tho sasuke is nowhere above naruto since they're equals
Sasuke=yin
Naruto=yang
yin=yang
Sasuke=Naruto
Prime Sasuke and Naruto should be above hago since they are his children and the new generation surpasses the last.
