After reading the last manga chapter,I really am convinced that Oro is now top 2!!

3.Edo Madara
4.Kabuto

Having the 4 Hokages as Edo's would change the tide.Even Kabuto's army are no match against that(Not including Edo Madara and Itachi,since they broke off.).

I suppose you notice that I didn't put Tobi above Kabuto or Oro,we all know that he can summon the juubi BUT he can't control it.In that case it's not part of his power since it is a neutral summon,it may attack anyone.

Well,because Kabuto has still his Edo's,even though it is already released,he surely has the DNA's of those that he summon.He can summon it back.

i agree with you 100%

Kabuto has only 3 very strong edos which is madara + itachi + Nagato the rest of them is not that much

now we have EDO hashirama ( who kicked madara ass so bad back then )
Tobirama S\T jutsu + edo tensei + unlimited water jutsus

minato s\t and the fastest character

sarutobi who knows all knoha jutsus and now not aged an edo

and we have Orochimaru himself who has his hands back to him and he is immortal

Honestly, i really dont know though.. Orochimaru really just tipped the balance of anyone's top 10 list because if only took him 45 seconds to become completely high ranked.
