Prime Onoki? As in current Onoki? Considering Deidara said Old Onoki > Young Onoki...Nagato rapes.

Deidara would not know what Onoki was in his prime because Deidara is only 19 years old. Onoki is at least 80 so Deidara never seen his prime. He probably just noted Onoki was faster than he remembers because he did not exist when Prime Onoki did.
