With that logic Kurama is not Naruto's power, I don't care for how long he was in him. So this isn't an excuse... so with your logic just no.

Someone's prime is the greatest level of achievement they achieved. Now something like 40seconds of godly power isn't a prime, but Kabuto had several weeks in which he collected the Edo bodies so I'd count it as his prime...his ability to have an army st his command. Hiruzen's prime was back when he was far younger and had the stamina and physical strength to bolster his expirience!

I think that with the years spent with training, a Shionbi becomes stronger and stronger. He gains experience, learn new jutsus, etc. So I think a Shinobi in his prime is not as strong as in his, her old age.

On: Who said that Kabuto was in his prime? lol, thats just stupid. He will be in his prime 1O-15 years later xd
