Prime Obito would've been top 5 ever

Obito would've been the top 5 greatest shinobi ever if he were to survive that mission and somehow avoid the massacre. He would have been able to spam Kamui like nothing and with little to no chakra drainage. But, as for going blind, I'm not sure when he would've lost his eyesight.

he was weak as you could be as an uchiha , unlike naruto who has an advantage knowing all these amazing shinobi who want to train him , obito was never a favourite of any jounin or kage level ninja , so unless he had a sibling and could get mangekyo , then i dont see how he would be powerful... even then mangekyo is only just enough to get someone in top 15

Anyway I think Obito would have improved as long as Minato remained his sensei and had a rival like Kakashi by his side all the time. No doubt Obito would have become a lot stronger instead of the pathetic weakling disgrace to the uchiha that died.

I don't think he would have been skillful enough to actually unlock the mangekyou sharingan though. Kakashi was a genius so he was able to awaken it (even though he's not an uchiha).

Overrall, I feel Obito would have been a top class Jonin by the age of 18 to 21. Not stronger than Kakashi is now though. Obito would be no where near top 5 though, maybe top 40 or 30.

Well, if he would've survived, Kakashi wouldn't have the sharingan. Obito would've easily surpassed Kakashi, Obito was already fighting on the same skill level as Kakashi when he awakened his 2 tomoe sharingan. Minato's advice and the rivalry with Kakashi would've made Obito able to unlock MS imo.
