1). What you said made absolutely no sense in what so ever. How can a mere sword stop Madara moving at a high speed? Do you even know how the laws of motion operate? Have you even studied it before? I can tell you haven't. F = M x A. Madara was accelerating at a high speed. The sword will need am equal or a greater mass in order to stop Madara's speed. Therefore, the sword didn't stop Madara, because its mass isn't enough to do so. Conclusion being, Madara tried stop himself, but he was moving so fast that he was unable to. The title belonged to Minato, due to his teleportation. Thus, your argument is invalid, yet again and as always. In other words, Sasuke used his teleportation through 2 means:
-Continuously used his teleportation up.
-Used his foot-speed, and once he was in range with Madara, he teleported through him.
Your argument leads to Sasuke being faster than Naruto on foot, which is all fallacy, since Naruto is faster and failed to blitz Madara.
4). Using Gududama requires the Senjutsu of Rikudou, something Naruto received from Hagoromo. Guess what? Juubito had it. Naruto after receiving Hagoromo's Senjutsu, possessed Rinnegan marking on his back. Guess what? Juubito possessed the same. Thus, Juubito possessed Rikudou's Senjutsu.
Sasuke's striking speed is not faster than Tobirama's or Minato's.

Even if he could do both, Naruto just uses tajuu kagebunshin or blocks LoS with one of his giant attacks, Sasuke uses PS and spams slashes. Obito PS isn't powered by hagoromo's chakra nor is it powered by the sharinegan, and if he's using a jutsu, his body is tangible which means he ends up getting fodderized by one of naruto's nukes or a PS slash from Sasuke's.
