Prime Naruto and Sasuke are pointless!

Naruto doesn't seem to have RSM anymore because he lost TSB and he didn't use any bijuu powers in the movie. He probably has full Kurama and experience should make up for what he lost though.

Sasuke can create new arm via Asura path. He still has Hagoromos chakra and the rinnegan is proof of that. With experience he most likely is far more powerful than a VOTE.

However, it seems that Sasuke is far more powerful since Naruto doesn't have RSM anymore.

Toneri does not take power away. He hits Naruto with a powerful technique which blasts him away. They need to keep the movie balanced so they don't over-power everyone else easily, hence why Sasuke isn't using the Sharinngan.

Sasuke and Naruto use all the reaming the Hagoromo chakra and NARUTO use up the reaming of the Bijuu chakra..

It's back up by a cannon movie...

Also where did the ideal come from that Naruto magical gain the other half of Kruma back?

Toneri takes Naruto's Rikudou chakra which means Naruto has to resort to using normal Bijuu Sage Mode. And I believe it said that he takes Sasuke's chakra as well. They'll both logically get it back once the fight with Toneri ends as Toneri will have no use for it anymore.

@DHOH Read chapter 700. Look at the size of Kurama within Naruto. Look at the colour scheme. He's darker than the normal Yang Kurama, but lighter than Yin Kurama. It's obvious it's 100% Kurama, and Hagoromo even stated that Kurama (the other half) would be going back into Naruto to mediate the meetings between the Bijuu. Also, he didn't need to use the Bijuu's chakra in the movie because only Hamura's chakra can affect Toneri, which is where Hinata gets it from.

Sasuke doesn't have to use the rinnengan but he showed that he maintained it... Naruto didn't show any sign of have bijuu chakra or Hagoromo's

Pretty much.. Growth doesn't stop but there's nothing Sasuke can do to replace the chakra form Hagoromo.. Naruto definitely can't.. Basaically what I'm saying is that if they kept there powers they would be a lot stronger than without them..

Naruto most likely couldn't use his powers at VOTE because the bijuu were under Sasuke's genjutsu.
After Sasuke undid the genjutsu he could use them again. Naruto most likely ran out of that chakra after 2 years.

However, it seems likely because his failure to use such powers while getting his ass kicked by Toneri would portray him as dumber than before. It wouldn't make sense too.

Ever since getting RSM he has never reverted back to KCM. He only used weaker modes when he didn't have access to enough chakra.
He used SM on 3rd raikage because it gives him better reaction time than KCM. SM sensing is generally better than emotion sensing of KCM.
