Minato could teleport even when he was already hit by Naruto and Sasuke combo attack and the Amaterasu didn't even scathe him. He was also prepared to use ST barrier against Obito one time without hand seals. This means perfect defense, he could teleport even after getting hit. No way Sasuke touches him. He can also invade Susanoo by aiming kunai at Sasuke's feet while distracting him with a Kage Bunshin(which would still be unkillable)
