Ok, here's prime minato in my opionion: if minato (instead of putting the kyuubi inside naruto) had just put half of the kyuubi inside him, and the other half back inside of kushina, he would have had sage mode, biju mode, and ftg, and would be unstoppable. I put THIS minato above hashirama

Listen man, i already made a thread and everyone is in agreement that tobirama is stronger than MS madara because ms madara= ms izuna < tobirama. Minato's recent sage mode discovery puts him well above tobirama for sure, meaning that i believe that sage mode minato could definitely take down madara.

no thats not alive madara thats edo madara. alive madara would have had nowhere near the level of mokuton that edo madara has and when he got his rinnegan he wasnt in his prime because of old age not to mention, if were talking about a madara that had any level of those powers then we might as well talk about a madara with nothing but a single 3 tomoe sharingan and an inability to leave a cave.

prime madara which is what everyone means when they say alive madara is the madara that had nothing but ems. and yes a prime minato would likely have surpassed hashirama and ems aka prime madara.

ya a prime minato wouldve not had a bijuu in him but sage mode alone would be enough for him to surpass prime hashirama. sage mode and the further mastery of rasengan he wouldve clearly gotten as well as the other abilities and skills he would have gotten by the time he got to his prime had he not died.
