I think if Minato had lived to for another 16 years this is what he would have accomplished.

- Freely teleport (anything his chakra touches, so he makes giant chakra ball around area)
- RasenKunai/Shuriken (mixed with possible wind element)
- Sage mode to the max, able to last super long
- Create Rasengans on his feet and kick the enemy.
- Teleport kunai and bombs at the enemy
- Teleport peoples heads off

-Turn invisible (wind)
- RasenSupernova
- Summoning jutus: Godzilla
