Who wins?

I can't decide.
Both have Perfect Susano'o but Prime has the advantage of absorbing chakra and whatever jutsu makes those meteors plus whatever other craziness he can do.
But then Edo Madara has unlimited chakra so is more capable of making Mokuton clones to help out.

(let's assume Madara has a sealing technique, he surely would anyway)

That was meaning if Madara doesn't then let's pretend he does


Even if Prime does destroy Edo he'd have Mokuton clones to protect him while he regenerated, so it wouldn't be easy to seal him.
It's quite likely he does have a sealing jutsu anyway, if he was dealing with the Kyuubi he would probably need one.
