Now from my previous thread we learned that through the use of the speed of darkness (which bypasses the laws of physics and thoroughly allows Kiba to teleport). In this thread I will explain the theory that Kiba can smell through time, smell jutsu, and even see smells.:ilu:
Undeniable Manga Facts:
Kiba has 1000x the smell of a normal human, and that includes ninja.
Chakra has a significant color based on the person, Naruto's is yellow.
By using chakra to smell better, Kiba can theoretical smell as a jutsu.
Just like in math, the quadratic formula, ax^2+bx+c

A process known as synesthesia, in which two neurological sense lead to one another. basically his sense of smell willl lead to touch, or taste. Now this would backfire if Kiba were to taste his jutsu, but thankfully with enough training he can skip right to smelling jutsu. Now if you're still reading this, i hope you understand that this is 100% manga proven and I have scans to prove it.

Well since by theory and facts, Kiba can already defeat 120% of the NV, he doesnt really need this move. It only adds to his already infinite arsenal of attacks, speaking of which, he is already hokage.
So without the need for any more destruction or defense attacks, Kiba can now use a specialized jutsu for smelling the opponents jutsu and counterattacking with Dynamic Marking or Gatsuuga.
Also Gatsuuga is currently the strongest jutsu in the manga, rivaling Naruto's TBB. After NAruto dies, Kiba will be the strongest ninja, Naruto is only current strongest because of plot.
