We know that when Kiba closes his eyes, he sees no light. Without light, that is the speed of darkness.

- The speed of darkness is the absence of light and therefore the ability to be omniscient and complete, giving infinite speed and mobility.

Because Kiba can utilize the speed of darkness with his enhanced sensing, he simply has to wait until nighttime, or fight someone in a dark room, granting him the speed of darkness.




With this ability, he is the fastest shinobi alive, and dead, if that makes sense. Combined with his destructive ability that rivals four tailed naruto, and EMS madara, he is the greatest shinobi to date.
