Prime Kakashi(Double MS) has yet to be revealed. But the MangaPhax show he is stronger than Sasuke and Naruto.

1: 1000 Jutsu GG

Since his introduction in Part 1 he has been known widely as the Ninja Who Copied 1000 Jutsu. He has lived up to this by using many types of elemental Ninjutsu and even The Cursed Seal Of Heaven and the Reverse Cursed Seal Of Heaven.

2: 7th Gate GG

Sakura said in P2 That Kakashi is better at TaiJutsu than Lee. Lee can open up to the 6th Gate so since Kakashi is "Better" then he can open the 7th Gate or higher. It is possible considering he has Opened the First and Second Gates before with zero strain. But that's a theory of course.

3: Perfect Susano'o GG

Madara said the Perfect Susano'o "Rivals the Biju in power" considering he said "the" instead of "a" shows that he was referring to "the biju" as a group. Meaning all the biju combined.

4: Double Speed Kamui GG

Kakashi was able to Kamui a high speed needle. The needle was moving quick enough to distort space because it was propelled by Gravity. Since it distorted space we know it must have been moving at or above the speed of sound... 4 times slower than Lightning. So regular Kamui is around 4 times slower than lightning or around 1/4000th of a second considering Lightning moves at 1/1000th of a second. Now double the speed and he can Kamui someone in 1/2000th of a second! Twice the speed of sound and half the speed of lightning! If he had unlimited chakra technically he could use Kamui 2000 times per second.

5: Double Power Intangibity GG

Yup, He can become untouchable... Obito could do it for 5 Minutes but considering that Kakashi has 2 MS He should be able to do it for 10 minutes.

6: 4/5 Elements GG

Kakashi has mastered 4 Elements Fire, Water, Earth, and Lightning, which means he will almost always have a counter for Elemental Ninjutsu.

7: Super Smelling GG
His smelling according to Anime is better than P2 Kiba's. Kiba is able to obtain anyones precise location from miles away based on smell alone! This combined with the Sharingan will be an excellent form of Sensory Perception.

8: Kamui Yasaka Magatama GG/ Kamui Raikiri GG

Fuq'n Black Lightning Blade Kamui! BEAST AS FU#K cut through Kaguya like butter... That Kamui Yasaka Magatama is some OP SHIT!... Kakashi's Arsenal is pure OP...

You have to be hit with it first and I'm sure over the years that naruto and sasuke has seen this tech they'll know how to counter it. Plus there speed levels allow them to both move instantly. Double kamui is quick but it isn't an instant attack. It takes at least 1 1/2 of a second.

1 ms exhausted kakashi warped something faster than obito with sharingan can notice the warping infront of him
here,kakashi’skamui was still on the rasengan and it was just about 1 CM between naruto’s clone head and the stick

here, the clone vanished at the next panel, so kakashi moved his kamui on the clone and warped it before the stick hit naruto’s head though it was just about 1 CM between them and though both of them was going towards the other in high speed

how much time do you think this stick needs to move hit naruto who was going towards the stick and was just 1CM from the moving stick?
I personally think that ,if kakashi hadn't warped naruto ,this stick would have hit naruto at 1/100 of second at most
that kamui was really so damn fast yet this was 1 ms exhausted kakashi
