Do you guys think that he has reached his prime already or it's when he has fully mastered Kamui on the same level as Obito? Remember, chakra levels are decreased as age increases.

I'd say right now is about as good as he'll get. Around the 29-31 age range is when they start to decline. Don't expect to see Kakashi whipping out any ridiculously overpowered new techs. After all he's been engaging in Jounin level combat like this since he was 13. It's going to start taking its toll on him.

Kakashi just doesn't have the chakra to master it.
Obito uses it like there no side effects or its an every day thing, I think kakashi's already at his prime and probably wont be getting any stronger.

Kakashi is in His prime in His 30,ones He reaches 40 it's a slow progression down hillHe will slow down just a little but even a small change to a fighter can get you kill so He will use His experience to make up for it as much as He can.

but obiot use it more than kakashi of course
