No he can't lol Limbo would solo Kakashi since he can't see or sense them. Pre-JJ Madara's Limbo were knocking down Bijuus who are PS size so JJ Madara would take down Kakashi's PS. Kakashi only has the Sharingans until Obito's chakra runs out which isn't going to last long, maybe 5 minutes. Obito used most of his chakra saving Sasuke with Naruto and Sakura; Kakashi can only stay intangible for 5 minutes, Kakashi does not know this fact. JJ Madara's PS will be stronger than Sasuke's after he absorbed some of the Bijuus chakras since Madara has the Juubi which is stronger, powering up his Susanoo.
TSBs can cut Susanoo like butter as JJ Obito shown, Kakashi's PS didn't go intangible, it was Kakashi only as seen with Kaguya's hair cracking PS. Kakashi would be out of Obito chakra long before he can do anything to Madara who could just ST the Kamui Shurikens back at Kakashi, then Kakashi gets neg badly. Prime Kakashi is War arc Kakashi with his 1 Sharingan since their no time limit to use its power and he can counter DMS Kakashi with his Kamui. DMS Obito>DMS Kakashi so Obito should be praised for his own power, Obito said himself the true owners uses the eyes better and the true power awakens when you have both eyes.
Hiruzen as an old man was stated to be the strongest of the 5 aka he's in part 1 which were Gaara dad, A, Oonoki, and the 4th Mizukage or Mei. Kakashi with 3T isn't even Kage level and with MS he is pushed to his limits and usually lose against Kage level ninjas without help. Hokage Kakashi is the weakest Hokage.
