I dont even like Kabuto but he can pretty much destroy almost anybody. Prime Kabuto is pretty powerful himself but his real power comes from his impure res. Even if he went up against Madara (which he wouldn't be) i doubt madara could
defeat a couple dozens of the most powerful characters of the narutoverse. For ex most the akatsuki, the jinchuurikis, the kages, gold and silver, and many other powerful ninjas.

in a hypothetical fight, if he doesn't have acess to edo,'s, he's top 5, maybe even top 3, but he's not the very best. He is the perfect counter to most Uchiha though.

Kabuto was in his prime and look what happened to him. He got trapped in Izanami, endless loop of ilusion.

1.Izanami takes time to activate/ 1 v 1 he does not get neer enough time to activate it
2.if it was not for for Itachi's edo state he would have been dead 2-3 time's

Itachi NEEDED sasuke to help him beat kabuto, and were it not for him fighting two Uchiha, he could've easily beat either one of them. Furthermore, he sustained fatal injuries, that only edo tensei allowed him to bypass. no Uchiha is that strong, Kabuto is easily capable of besting and even 1 shotting most Uchiha solo, edo tensei makes him nearly unbeatable.

Nope, everytime someone's attack Itachi it seems that he's been hurt but in end his genjutsu is activated.

He had plenty of these fights. The result is the same- he win.
