What you stated about their arsenal isnt completely true.

Kakashi is said to know 1000 jutsu
Hiruzen is said to know more than 1000 jutsu, including every jutsu in the leaf.

Also kakashi cant travel in and out of dimensions.

But ill give this one to prime hiruzen, only because we dont know what it is fully capable of. All we know is that it was a powerhouse and a wreaker.

No kakashi does not know 1000 jutsu, he copied. Copying with Sharingan is not the same thing as mastering.

I don't see how people get this mixed up.

Pretty sure this is gonna get banned. No vs threads homie. That being said I'm rolling with Hiruzen. I feel his experience, and knowledge are more complete than Kakashi's, but that's just an opinion.

Uhhh no. When copying with Sharingan, your memory remembers all the hand signs. Realize that the Sharingan does all the work.

And if you still disagree, the jutsu he copied so far in canon are pretty strong, but he has never used it again.

That's Kakashi's weakness. He can proceed to Raiton Bunshin and Kamui the whole battlefield now. Hell, he can Kamui himself out of existence and back again with unlimited chakra. He can Kamui the WHOLE WORLD with unlimited chakra.

Don't divide by zero, bro.

With that said, an unlimited chakra Kakashi beats most of the Narutoverse. Seeing as how Hiruzen lacks any impressive jutsu and Kakashi can copy Kage Bunshin, Kakashi wins.

Without unlimited chakra he gets stomped, though.

Hiruzen showed no Kekkei Genkai. That means that Kakashi can copy all of his techniques, and with unlimited chakra easily get a draw. The difference is that Hiruzen can't copy Kakashi's techniques. He showed no Raiton jutsus, nor does he have Kamui.

you see you took away kakashi's weakness (chakra), and you put him up against one of the strongest of all time if not the strongest. i don't think that people will agree on hiruzen taking this just because we haven't seen what he can do ..... BUT seeing a flashy jutsu doesn't make a character strong (the writer is the judge of the powerscale not us).
personally i would give it to prime hiruzen MID-LOW difficulty, basically because of the way hiruzen was portrayed (from the writer), hiruzen was able to handle a very very difficult situation in a state that was considered a JOKE compared to his prime, was hailed as god of the shinobi world and was a student of the second and the first hokae's. now this might all be hype but it describes his position in the story (so seeing kakashi pull of a flashy jutsu doesn't really change much) to me PRIME hiruzen is levels above kakashi. if you consider all what was said about hiruzen as hype (useless) then there is no need to put him in a match up coz HYPE is all we have about hiruzen. but remember kishi wouldn't make all this fuss about one character in part 1 for nothing (calling him god of the shinobi world to be bested by ..... a jounin sounds silly to me)

He most likely is above Kakashi.

It's just that unlimited chakra literally means Kakashi can Kamui the whole battlefield, while also Kamui-ing himself ( just like Tobi ) if things go bad.

He can also spam Raiton bunshins, wolves and Raikiri. What does Hiruzen have? A couple B rank katons and dotons? Kakashi can use Suiton which counters fire and raiton which counters earth.

This. Kakashi is as strong as some Kage level guys as is (there's a reason he was almost made Hokage). Hiruzen has very little going for him feat wise. Based on what we've seen, Kakashi just kamui's his head off. And easily at that.

Plus you are giving Kakashi endless Chakra? LOL. Unfair to Hiruzen, you probably can't take normal Kakashi.

Feats are not the same as rep. Hashi has the feat of defeating EMS Madara + the 9 Tails (just to name one). What "feat" does Hiruzen have of comparable significance? Hint; "hyperbolic remarks are not feats, they are rep"
