Naruto is the strongest, but the least likely to solo, because his character's motif is "teamwork." The phrase "solos" is misleading because Itachi/Hiruzen will only be shown soloing opponents that they can handle, and they can't handle nearly as much as the current relevant characters.

My faves are naruto the second strongest character lol I know you didn't ask and itachi the solo king who has never lost a fight unless he wanted to loose.
