no. because when jiraiya heard pain beat him he either dismissed it or thought he'd long surpassed hanzo. jiraiya and oro are far far stronger now than back then

I agree.
We never saw prime Hanzo but he was one of the strongest shinobi of his times.
Even Jiraiya couldn't belive that someone could beat Hanzo solo.
