Mentioned by Hagomoro himself, this old geezer frog could have very well been a beast in his prime... for all we know. It's possible his power even rivaled some of the tailed beasts, maybe even Kurama's. Sage mode for the win!

Kurama even said himself that he resented Naruto for using frog sage mode when he could rely on the kyuubi's power.

So what do you think? Is Prime Gamamru > all or does Kiba solo?

Hype is fun every now and again.

The idea of him being like Guru is very cool though. I would hope he would have some sort of other psychic power in his prime that could put him on par with deadly enemies. I'm not talking rikudou madara or anything but maybe 8/9 tails would think twice about messing with Gamamru and interrupting his feast of bugs.
