All hokages 1-7 are in their fanfic prime (made by me) and they all fight to death (at the same time). I made them all God Level so this would be a country level fight.
No teaming allowed, and also no 1v1 while the other fights. Each and everyone of them should fight to beat the other 6 by own hand and taking all 6 of them as a simultaneous target, not going one after another (not exactly at the same time, but you know, something like making a strategy to take them all down, not speculating like : "well i'll wait until Hashirama beats everyone and then stab his back")
Conditions for each Hokage (giving some power ups to make this fair, naruto gets nerfed to make it fair):
1- Hashirama has SM activated since the beggining. His buddha has this kind of Yata mirror that deflect any jutsu even kamui (only usable 3 times). He has byakugo that works like tsunade's for 5 mins.
2- Tobirama gets to summon 25 fodders with edo tensei and everytime they explode they come back almost instantly. He has FTG marking all over the place. He gets all of Kisame's water jutsu twice bigger and he can recreate what Kisame does when he fuses with Samehada under the dome but he's twice faster. He gets a shark summoning as big as half bijuu and it can swallow things like Baku, but instead of land he does it on water , this is a hard shark to kill, since its skin is as hard as domu. He gets hashirama's SM (only to enhace his sensing skills and reflexes). He can use FTG to teleport anything he touches to one of his markings, no matter how big it is.
3- Hiruzen can summon bijuu sized enma (not the staff, the monkey itself is bigger, and it jumps 10x higher and is 10 times faster and stronger). The staff gets harder as well, it gets EMS Sasuke's PS durability. His multiple elemental atacks are 8x bigger than what he showed against Zetsu and he can make around 10 of them (10 rounds of the 5 atacks, meaning 50 elemental atacks). He can use Enma to make this jutsus bigger just like jiraiya does with his frogs, but Hiruzen's jutsus would 2 times bigger if he uses Enma (meaning 16x bigger than what he showed in the manga). He also can use Jinton and turn invisible (but with focused sensing he can be found). He get's 5th gate Gai's taijutsu feats.
4- Minato gets BSM and his avatar gets the other half of kurama, meaning its twice bigger. He also starts with markings all over the place. His sunshin is Juubito level. He gets super FRS as big as the lava rasen shuriken. He can put markings on his own super FRS and teleport it to another one of those markings (takes a little time to focus and put the marking to the FRS). He can summon all the boss frogs and give them chakra cloaks so they become 5xtimes stronger and faster. He can make 2 clones, each one with the same avatar. He gets a TBB 5x stronger than BM Naruto's flash TBB.
5- Tsunade gets to summon full katsuyu (imagine how big it would be, in the war they could only summon 10% of her and it was bigger than manda). Her byakugo enhaced punches are 10x stronger than they were before. She an heal herself from any atack, thus she's immortal for 10 minutes. She can grow back limbs and even regenerate her brain. She can even heal from FRS. She get's v1 Ay's speed and if she charges her strongest punch for 2 secs and releases it it is on Gai's EE level.
6- This is DMS Kakashi from the fight with Kaguya. He can use Kamui snipe while being intangible (just 3 times). His PS can launch 10 kamui shurikens at the same time.
7- This is RSM Naruto from the VOTE with NE restricted.
All of them get their normal chakra replaced with rikudo chakra
