[Fuuin] Priest teaches me someone to seal demons

Ok I honestly I have not read or learned much about it since it has been a far off goal up until now. However, Fuuinjutsu is essentially sealing jutsu. It is something where you can seal away objects, living beings etc. It can also restrict movements, or like Pervy Sage has made a fuuinjutsu that allows him to seal away incoming attacks and redirect them back later if he wishes. You can also create barriers if i am correct, like the barriers used by the four hokages during the ninja war against the ten tails. Thats basically what I understand of it, though id also say i given examples how they can be used, i dont understand your second part (thoae) if it is somone whom have used it in the show or here on base.

So Fuin is an art that as you said, deals mainly on sealing something. However, there are more aspect to fuinjutau nowadays even though everything border down to sealing.
Fuuinjutsu is made up of 6 parts :
The Object/Target of the Seal - basically, whatever you're going to seal. And in this its crucial to understand the latus sense of what it means to seal something. You are able to seal not only a physical object but also energy or even metaphysical events such as souls or chakra. You can also seal links, such as those of a contract summoner with his summon or other seals. You can seal movement but also memories or emotions. The broad range of sealing objects is enormous.
The Medium/Vessel - basically, its what's going to contain the Object/Target. You can have organic vessels, inanimate or even simply pure chakra/energy as a vessel. Some seals are, themselves, a the medium and the vessel.
The Trigger - not all seals have this but 90% of them have. Its what triggers the sealing technique. It can be anything from trying to speak of a secret to simple handseals or chakra. The trigger is always there in latent seals; time delayed seals such as danzo's juuinjutsu. Some however don't have it such as the Contract Seal.
The Binding - this is the seal itself and it can be handseals, kanji formulas, etc. Its basically what will wrap, manipulate and contain the Object/Target into the vessel but also what alters the vessel to allow it to serve as a medium for the target of the seal. Its the most complex part and one of the more important ones.
Chakra - all seals require chakra to be produced, maintained or released. Chakra is what you expend to forcefully seal your target. Alright, so as far as I understand the limits of what you can seal, is close to being what your imagination allows you to figure out a technique to make for it if it does not already exist. Not really other things to say about the first i understand what can be sealed, though is there something you cannot seal?
Secondly as for the vessels or means of the sealing, saying the objects, i get that the seal itself can be the vessel as well, the example being FTG its a seal which simply allows for the person to transport themselves, while the Dead Demon Consuming Seal utilizes the users own body to seal another person away.

Depends. If there is no restriction in the RP as to what is to be sealed or nor, then the things you can seal can be limitless. Restriction for example, you can seal anything that has to do with emotion or body anatomy, DNA without having advanced fuin and/or Medjutsu. Also there would be the restriction of Yin or Yang etc.
So I would be posting the techniques whenever you are ready and you will analyse the seal and tell me about it. when I feel you have enough understanding about them, we move on to the next.

alright so the first one being a C-rank barrier essentially, then when you are close to your target you can erect it, do you not have to place the seals around them first, or do you simply cause the entire sealing barrier process to unfold from beneath your feet? and as far as i understand you can increase the strength of the barrier through using it several times, or even like three times at once. The barrier id presume being sort of like the square barrier that you see similar to the one surrounding the ten tails, but far less potent in a way?
the second one,simple, you summon a mist that covers the entire battlefield, and lasts longer depending on how high of a rank that you possess as a user. However i can see the technique needs to be updated, but i presume since I am a jonin i can have it running for about 6 turns until it gets fixed, as well as having it fill the entire battlefield. The unique thing about this sort of thick mist is that it both impairs sound and vision of the target, though also including yourself. However a question i find is when you summon it, can they not simply blow it away, or is it self sustaining of sorts? Not sure if i missed something.

Nope it means you erect it under the foot of the victim. Also you can do multiple by yourself except you have allies like clones and friends. This was used against Kakashi by Boruto and the likes in the anime.
There is nothing that says it can't be blown away.

An interesting barrier i guess, is this barrier visible or not? it is the same which Jiraiya used against Pein, he was able to see it with rinnegan. Now it allows for Jiraiya in this case to actually detect all the movements happening within the barrier making sure he is not surprised by anything. Though as it says you erect a barrier that only reaches to mid-range though it says in the description it would grasp the entire battlefield. Anyways the barrier only detects movement, so it allows to detect persons, animals and moving techniques, thus nothing more. It only removes the element of surprise id say.
tags are placed around the boundary, like a circle. So it could be made as a trap or as a barrier to protect you i was thinking. Though the range of it really sets me off.

So this second one is also a sort of barrier or containment field that can be formed around objects if you place a tag on them, so you can trap someone inside lets say a coffin, or make a barrier around tools and such that makes them stronger and able to defend or go through certain levels of attacks or defenses. Not sure if i missed something.
Third one, i faced a stronger version i think Infinite Embraces or something. So this barrier can only be stopped by B-rank techniques or "higher" or by attacking the one whom makes the barrier, making them loose focus. However, the person is incapable of molding chakra above S-rank. And within this field, it drains their chakra as well as gives to the user. Its a cube formation around the target. Do you have to just be close to the target to make this or can you simply erect it around them? Barrier can be placed anywhere within mid-range of you, and can encompass more than one person.
Ok last one a communication tool, where you need a certain set of handseals made by the user, to open it, and then you can write to one another through said scrolls, however besides this, it can contain secrets and allow for fast an easy communication. However, skilled shinobi could extract or find out the info to open these scrolls. All i got to say to this one.

For your first question. Yes there are. Maybe not cannon but some customs might be tricky and you need to thread with care. Nonetheless, most barriers are touchable though you run the risk of loosing some of your chakra.

As its placed, a sealing formula spreads around the technique or the target, sealing it. This technique has been seen used with Sand ninjutsu, Earth, Water, Wood, Cloth Ninjutsu, etc but basically any technique in which you can apply the tags can be used. In the case of expert ninjas, the tags might even be incorporated into the restraining technique, with no need to actually manually place the tag or tags. Additionally, less experienced ninjas can find that throwing one or more kunais with the sealing tags attached at the technique which will trigger the same effect when the kunais stick on the technique. This prevents the target from moving, molding chakra or even being summoned.
Note: The seal takes a while to form, so most opponents can either counter the restraining technique (thus preventing the sealing formula of taking effect) or rip off the tags from themselves negating its effects entirely. If the target, however, fails to counter the restraining technique or is counter to it fails or if he doesn't remove the tags in his next move, then the seal will fully be placed and the target unable to release himself.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items or weapons that have been stored using Fūinjutsu,typically they are stored within scrolls. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons. The items themselves are unaffected by time. This Technique allows the user to seal any weapons they wish being their own or opponents.
Note: Cannot seal opponent's custom weapons, or the special weapons of a particular character ( example: Samehada or Kubikiribocho ).
Note: Can only seal corpses, and not injured people regardless of the extent of their injury.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items or weapons that have been stored using Fūinjutsu,typically they are stored within scrolls. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons. The items themselves are unaffected by time. This Technique allows the user to seal any weapons they wish being their own or opponents.
Note: Cannot seal opponent's custom weapons, or the special weapons of a particular character ( example: Samehada or Kubikiribocho ).
Note: Can only seal corpses, and not injured people regardless of the extent of their injury.

Sealing tag, seems quite easy. Essentially you place a tag on a person and then they cannot mold chakra or move. However you can use it with techniques, such as Gaara did with making a sand pyramid where he sealed away Madara within, just an example of how you can use sealing with an element. Is sort of what i understand. However, what if you throw a seal tag on an incoming projectile, that should not affect it at all.
A seal directly applied to be used only on Bijuu, though can it be used on others? either way, it essentially forces a bijuu to recede and loose strength, becoming exhausted and incapable of doing much i presume. Though it might be difficult since you have to place it on their forehead.
Ok you can seal away bodies of dead people, weapons, but not legendary weapons, custom weapons and such, only generic stuff. Then you can summon it back afterward at any time. Though not affected by time, just meaning it wont rust or anything, or can you somehow use that?
Last one is essentially a sort of trip mine, that explodes when someone gets near it. you can use it hiding it with weapons or jutsu perhaps.

Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. okay so first one, the technique seems simple, trap the opponent in some sort of container, can be elemental or just an object. However what i do not get is the being suspended in animation? what does that even mean, sorry I dont get it.,
Second this is probably the simplest technique so far in my opinion, simply unravel the scroll and seal a technique of any of the basic five elements in to it. However i presume no advanced or CEs can be sealed, perhaps a more advanced Fuuin will give that. Also it only seals, it cannot return the attack?
Thirdly, so last one you can seal away weapons of your choice in seals across your body or clothe, though as specified only two marks. Then you can summon them by touching the seal, allowing you to summon the tool of your choice for combat. A nice little thing to allow you to attack faster and such. My question here, when you use the seals you have to post the technique, secondly when making the marks you would have to put them in your bio no?

Alright so essentially this is a barrier that senses movement and displacement of matter as well as chakra detection. Furthermore, it allows one to detect whenever someone leaves or enters the barrier and monitor the people inside. The barrier can detect in this case, the entire battlefield it seems. The barrier i presume is invisible to the naked eye of sorts, or transparent. Furthermore I am curious as to if this would work towards something like the hayabusa clan or other CC whom mask their presence or detection, since this tracks movement and displacement of matter?

First of all, I think only the Hayabusas have the erasing presence thingy.
And you can't sense them outside of the basic five sense if they using the passive one. The active one would remove them completely from the living plain.
However, if you are keen and careful, even if you can't sense their body displacement, you can sense the displacement of the environment when they pass through it. For example, the pressure on the ground could be felt when they move through it, foot prints engraved into the floor, blades of grass moving and air interference around them moving(like you sense a pocket of empty space with no air which would be weird even if you don't see anything there.)

The massive pressure the technique puts on the target prevents the target from moving unless it has some sort of enhanced strength ability, making it very difficult to break free from it. Unable to move, the targets are also unable to mold chakra above A-Rank while having his chakra drained. The barrier can only be broken by A-Rank techniques or above or by attacking the user.
