It's been revealed that the Atsuo Ueda is an Mangaka Artist for the Fairy Tail Spin Off Manga. He served as an artist for Dr. Prisoner and Retriever Hachi manga series.

One Piece's panels are so detailed while this Fairy Tail crap you posted is just white backgrounds.
