Pretty sure I know identities of The Ones Who Know Everything (serious)

Its Tobirama and Hashirama.

I will present 4 arguments to prove this.

argument 1

Its pretty likely Oro researched the reversal of the shiki fujin seal, for two reasons:

1 It would give him his arms back
2 it would give him the possibility to resurrect (with edo tensei) Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen, Minato, and 50% of Kurama. This would of course make him pretty OP. No in fact that would make him invincible xd

So its obvious that the scroll suigetsu found (in one of Oros hideouts) contains the instructions on how to bring people back from the Belly of the Death God.

argument 2

the sealed battles the sealer in eternal hatred, suffering in the belly of death:

this means Hashirama and Tobirama battles Hiruzen in an eternal hateful battle.
it also means Minato battles 50 % of Kurama in an eternal hateful battle.

surely this is not a fair fate, for those who have given their lifes for konoha? Bringing them back would change that fate

argument 3

hashirama and tobirama knows a lot of stuff. Hashirama was the co founder of Konoha, and knew a lot about Uchica clan and madara. Tobirama was the one who established the departments of Konoha, he could explain to Sasuke that he indeed did not mean to segregate the uchiha. I mean, who is better to talk about what is a clan and village?

argument 4

Oro and Sasuke are indeed in Konoha. I think they will return to the place where Hiruzen sealed Hashirama and Tobirama. Or something like that.

He clearly split his soul in Anko before losing his arms to Hiruzen. Therefore the copy of his soul within Anko should've had his hands.

Ehh, maybe. But, that doesnt mean he wouldnt have found a way to get his arms back, I dont think he foresaw these circumstances.

Also note Sasuke said only Orochimaru can do it....which would suggest it is obviously something that deals with forbidden or secret techniques....and not a simple Edo tensei as it isn't even hard to do.

i honestly don't think it has anything to do with this. i don't think hashirama or tobirama know any secrets of the uchiha that the uchiha don't know.
Nor do i think that oro getting his arms back or bringing any of the kage's back will help sasuke in anyway.
it has to be a possible past uchiha or uchiha's if it is edo tensei or the elders of the village that knew about the massacre. but as suigetsu said it could turn the tide of the war i am swayed to believe its uchiha revival.

edit: as edo tensei has alot of prep and sasuke hasn't learned it when he can just revive orochimaru who already knows it and orochimaru probably has dna locked up of all the uchiha he wants. after all he did want to destroy konoha what better to do it with than the uchiha who wanted to betray konoha.
