Naruto- rasengan...rotation needed for this move
Saskey- chidori need a lot of rotation...enton shield is like a flaming rotation
Sakura- she used that med jutsu to rotate teh poison out of kankurou

Ino/shik/cho- human bullet yoyo attack require a lot off rotation

Tenten- Kunai rotation
Neji- rotation rotation

Kiba- Gatsuuga needed a lot of rotation
Shino- bug swarm rotation

so yeah lot of rookie have a rotation

Nothing is special about what they're doing aside from Naruto's Rasengan and Hyuuga's Gentle Fist Rotation. Also, Chidori doesn't require Shape Maniplation [
