Obito gets Hashi's cells
Madara and Hashirama were friends before a life of rivalry
Tobirama uses FTG and killed Izuna
The Ones Who Know Everything are the Hokages
Orochimaru has Hashi's cells
Sasuke is good now and will go to the battlefield with the Hokages to take in Madara and Obito

Oh and the 5 Kage aren't ok...

How would you react with your frame of thinking at the time? Would you call me crazy?

Tobirama uses FTG and killed Izuna - Uh no, only Minato has FTG silly.
The Ones Who Know Everything are the Hokages - Would believe it.
Orochimaru has Hashi's cells No... just no.
Sasuke is good now and will go to the battlefield with the Hokages to take in Madara and Obito - Plausible but doubit it.

Oh and the 5 Kage aren't ok... If Edo Madara died their I would've broke something.

I would call some of your ideas quite strange. But still, some were plausible.
