Preta path > wood release

How can people say that wood release is not composed of Chakra. It is made from Suiton and Doton natures. The databook even states that the preta path, can absorb any ninjutsu which is what wood release falls under. It is a ninjutsu and therefore can be absorbed.

They're just pulling shit out of their asses. They say because it's 'solid' it can't be properly absorbed, but they never post manga pages explaining why. Preta Path absorbs all chakra regardless of its form, so Mokuton, which is just made up of chakra which has been converted to wooden life, gets absorbed.
