Preta Path vs Mokuton.

Well isn't it only the wood dragon that is that strong enough to do that? Madara himself used the wood dragon on Naruto along with other wood jutsus that absorbed but Hashirama didn't surround Madara in a vast of wood like Madara did to Bee, BM Naruto and Gai. When Madara used the wood dragon he said it was the same jutsu that held Kurama so I think it's only Wood dragon that is that strong, I'm no sure either way but as we know all jutsus have different ranks even among KKG.

Wood dragon is Mokuton. Its in the form of a Dragon, because it can wrap around him and restrain him. So Hashirama doesn't have to focus on the Mokuton to absorb chakra.

More importantly, will someone in the SA please remove the Black Rods on Hashi.
