Preta Path users are immune to Gentle Fist

Its common knowledge that against Preta Path users (like Nagato, Rinnegan Madara And Pain) that common forms of ninjutsu are useless, since the chakra of the Technique is absorbed, nullifying it completelly. With that said, one of the ways of fighting said users is resorting to taijutsu.
Now, with that in mind, why not use what was said to be "the most reputable and fearsome taijutsu style known in all of Konohagakure?"

But then we realize that Gentle Fist won't work on a Preta Path user, seeing that the Gentle Fist works by emmiting a "sharp-like needle chakra from the top of its fingers"

And with Preta Path managing to absorb chakra on contact, any chances of releasing chakra will be properlly absorbed.
