Preta Path is unique to Rinnegan

What preta path does is completely different from what those other absorbtion techniques does is that preta path absorbs jutsu while the others only absorb chakra.


So you can think of chakra absorbtion as merely a subset of Justu absorbtion.


Is that clear? Kisime doesn't have preta.

Kisime can only absorb ninjustu that contains chakra inside it.


But Preta can absorb any ninjutsu regardless if it has chakra inside it directly.

Oh say a ninjutsu results in projectiles lauched towards a preta user. The preta user would just absorb the projectile since it is classified as ninjutsu. doesn't matter if the projectile doesn't have charka. All that matters is that chakra based ninjutsu caused it.



Kisimie can only absorb ninjutsu that currently has chakra in it. That is a huge difference.



Preta can aborb Kirin because it is ninjutsu. Doesn't matter that Kirin is natural energy with no chakra. It was caused by a chakra ninjutsu so hence preta can absorb it.


Kisimies shark cannot stop Kirin because it has no chakra inside it.



These are important distinctions that people fail to see.

Yes there does need to be a difference. Rinnegan is unique and its techs are unique.


Also, Rinnegan can absorb Kirin while Kisimie can't. Can you figure out why?

It's like saying Katon is exclusive to Madara by renaming the jutsu in other people.


So whenever Madara shoots fire, we call it Katon.


Whever anyone else does it, we call it fire jutsu.

Therefore we have forced Katon to be unique by redefining things.


See how ridiculous that assumption is?


Being unique is the same as having unique characteristics. This is by definition.
