I like this theory but I doubt it's as OP as you say. IMO, it'll have about the same restraints as Kizaru's fruit has, meaning that the way gravity works in OP, isn't the same as IRL. Hence why he may not be able to do some of the stuff you listed. One example: increase his speed.

Blackbeard does not have the power of gravity, he is a darkness man. His power turns all powers to nothing if he has been hit with it once. What made you think that he has the power of gravity is the fact that after he has been hit with a power, his power allows him to bring that person to the dark.
On another note either fujitora's power is either a devil fruit like everyone thinks or it's a variation of the c.o.c where it was his sheer willpower doing all the damages like the other guy believes

not every marine was at marineford , he will have been posted elsewhere to keep everything under control , so would vergo and any other new marines we are yet to encounter , all in order to keep the sea in the same state it was before the war , during and after

He may have suffered those injuries at a young age and I believe those injuries are a major reason to why he has such strength now o-o like, losing his sight probably greatly increased his other senses

Plus he is most likely based on Yojimbo, one hell of a blind swordsman from Japanese literature thus whatever the reason he must be blind \o/
