Agreed, but he still had his fearsome puppet mastery and intelligence, he could have attached his chakra strings in Kankuro's puppets and made them his own, he didn't even use himself, you know he himself is a human puppet that has many weapons, that's why I think he could've killed Kankuro if he was serious, he just got emotional from Kankuro's speech and his emotions cancelled the Edo Tensei for him.

I dunno why Kishi is trolling Sasori, in his fight against Chiyo and Sakura, Chiyo said that he had an opening, but he willingly accepted to die at the hands of his parents, it was his emotions that killed him.

And in the war his emotions kicks in again, he can't be THAT emotional! :T_T:

I think that Sasori would win here but mostly because of his Third Kazekage puppet. I know that it's hard to break the bandwagon and change views (a weak character can become stronger than masters and vice versa). Not only does he have Sasori's main body, but he also has been shown to be discreet and actually extremely strategic on how he lays his traps. IMO, the general public views his as weaker because his strength lies in what some might call "cheap tactics" such as focusing on blind-siding, getting cheap shots in, etc.

Remember that Sasori also inherited his mother and father puppet to Kankuro.

kankuro still has no idea sasori had the third kazekage puppet. that alone disables all of kankuros puppets and makes them useless. then sasori murders him at his leisure.
