Prequel??

Anyone think that there is room for a prequel or sequel series to naruto (by prequel I mean kakashi and the sensei's at naruto's age and telling their stories,i mean theres alot untold like asuma being a guardian and shikamaru's dad etc...or a sequel with konahamaru and the rest of them?.....

Yeah but among the whole Naruto Konoha teams, its only them that has no history. Why can't Masashi Kishimoto complete the circle? xD
