Actually no Neither Kabuto nor the 3rd Raikage can fly so once the paper ocean opens up GG. Whiterage is Kabuto's fastest tech and it won't affect Konan because of her Paper body.

3rd can tank anything konan throws and can outlast her

kabuto has shown speed feats to allow him to blitz her at a close distance...if not he can just oro rebirth summon manda 2 ,sound gen to end it lol
