Hosting a 3 month premium tourney just because I can.

The rules are as follows:
- 3 element max unless KG or KT allows more.(MUST USE ELEMENTS RERQUIRED FOR BIO AS THE 3 SO MUU HAS HIS 3 AUTO CHOSEN, SAME AS ONOOKI. THE EEMENTS THAT MAKE UP YOUR KG MUST BE IN YOUR 3 SO AN UCHIHA MUST USE FIRE, SWIFT MUST USE WIND AND LIGHTNING, ETC...)
- No CC(you may use the character but not the clans abilities)
- No CFS nor CE
- CJ are allowed
- Same 3 elements are to be used through the entire tournament.
