- As I see the unfamiliar man across from me I instantly activate my byakugan =O_O= While making a thick mist rise from the water between us. While the mist start to cover the terrain I manipulate the water source in front of me makin a water clone emerge 5 feet in front of me. The moment the clone rises he (C1) unsheathes one of the blades on his left hip and darts towards you and at the same time I take Kiribachi off my back and follow right behind my clone (5 ft. Behind him as we're running). The moment we get withi close range, C1 does a burst shot of 4 air palms with his left hand aimed at your abdomen while I dart past his right shoulder doing a horizontal strike at your waist with kiribachi.

as we discussed, both clone and Hikari are running on the lake


Batman: If I remember correctly, no Hyuuga was able to defeat me.

*as you create the mist i can see pretty well in it and see you create your water clone, than as you guys are running at me while standing on the lake, i quickly make 1 simple hand seal and release my Wave of Inspiration into the lake and electrify you, than as you are paralyzed i quickly make my 2 hand seals and release Vacuum Great Sphere at you which should defeat you*

- With my byakugan active I see you seeping raiton chakra into the Lake and I instantly drop my sword and leap backwards in an angle while weaving in two hand seals (Tiger-->Serpent). Instantly a giant shark forms out of the lake (absorbing your raiton tech) and heads towards you in attempts to crush you. (If I'm correct on how time frame workd this will hit you right before you do the wind)
As I'm landing I swiftly bring my palms near eachother(sort of like I'm in prayer) and quickly slam my palms on the water thus sending a large tendril of lightning across the water towards you.

william24 would not electrocute himself, as it's his own chakra, which he can control. Kakashi was also shown to use Raikiri underwater, without any side effects.
