*Law jumps over a rock and stands near the tree in front of the waterfall. As he lands, some rocks slip off and fall out of the sight into the rushing water below. He wears his blue shirt with the feathered collar. His collar rested on his shoulder. He sighed. First Goku, then the guy who set up this tournament. Everyone seemed to be picking the most annoying terrains to fight in. Amidst the sound of water, Law hears his opponent arrive. Mid range from him, Law turns to face him.*

No hard feelings, but I don't quite feel like dragging this out.

*As Law speaks, he flows his chakra into the ground below his opponent. Then, with a mental command, the chakra begins to vibrate intensely, causing the ground under his opponent to quake. The shaking causes the ground to break away, causing his opponent to fall down below into the rushing water.*

I agree.

As Lancer notices the ground begin to shake he knows this tactic all to well. Lancer simply gathers his earth chakra around his body and highers his mass. This not only allows him to have a solid base which will prevent him from falling, but the chakra in his body will negate the chakra on the ground forcefully negating the shaking of the ground before it can split the ground (despite the fact that jutsu has no destructive power to do so). At this turn Lancer simply swings his arm in a arc and releases a thin blade of wind chakra towards you in attempt to slice your upper body around the chest area. Right when the wind blade is released Lancer releases the added weight jutsu, allowing him to have his normal weight.

Description: The user will perform the Snake handseal and touch a given target (he needs to use his hands in most cases but can release the technique through his whole body if needed) for a small time frame. Upon doing so, he'll use the earth chakra to increase the weight of the target drastically. The technique can increase the targets weight up to 10 times. One interesting side effect of the technique is that when its used on wood based techniques (such as Zetsu's spore clones or normal wood), the infusion of large amounts of earth chakra into it will actually petrify the target in addition to increasing its weight. A similar effect can be achieved in other earthen materials such as mud. The user can also add weight to a given attack (if feasible) to increase both momentum and impact force, effectively adding damage to it.
Note: The weight change lasts 2 turns or until countered.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Not too sure increasing your weight will cancel the chakra in the ground but ok.

As Lancer notices the massive wind coming towards him, he gathers katon chakra and sends towards your position one fireball projectile which overpowers the streaming wind attack while leaving me unharmed while the attack travels towards you. The fireball being of higher rank will continue towards you as a weak A-Rank (Strong B-Rank like it matters -_-). Fireball is aimed to harm you're upper body.

Description: After performing the hand seal Tiger the user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body, before instead expelling it in the form of a number of dragon head-shaped fireballs. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. The temperature of the created flames is so great that, even with the briefest of contact, they are capable of easily burning human flesh and the fireballs are dense enough to behave almost as solid, being able to deliver impact damage in adition to the fire damage. However, this also means that they can be deflected as a solid projectiles.

Right as the fire jutsu is sent, he gathers suiton chakra right behind your location literally away from your eye sight, Lancer forms a orb of water and has many sharp projectiles appear out of the orb which he sends to skew you from behind all around your back. This means you have a two way attack one sent up front of you and the other behind you.

Recognizing the Tiger seal, Law figures he must be using a Fire jutsu, since the Tiger seal is most commonly associated with the element. Since Fire has a natural superiority to Wind, Law decides it makes most sense for him to be using Katon. Thinking quickly, Law sends his Earth chakra into the ground below him once again. Due to his specialty in Earth and the techs low rank, this is done very fast. This happens at the same time Lancer is building and compressing the Katon chakra, which happens after the seal(as said in jutsu description). As Lancer releases the Katon, Law has the ground shake. Due to being focused on the Katon, this catches Lancer by surprise and makes him lose his balance. As his body stumbles, his aim with the Katon is f*cked up, causing him to misfire: either into the ground near him or into the waterfall or off into the air. This allows the Pressure Damage, which moves immensely fast, to hit him anyway, especially since he has no balance or footing, sending him flying back as it tears his body into bloody chunks*

OOO no. Okay let's look what you did here. First there is no way you would be able release ground shaking before I release my fire jutsu. My fire attack requires nothing more then one hand seal and I released it during the time where you were releasing pressure damage. So this would be impossible, you would not be able to use ground shaking before I can send my fire attack especially how time frame works. Another reason is my jutsu is a projectile, so after releasing the fireball it continues on it's own, I would not continue to fuel the fire attack. So my release is fast enough and aids me. Specifically TF would be, or should be.

As you noticed you did not even allow me to perform my own jutsu. And lastly wind pressure is a streaming technique, so even if you wanted to do ground shaking you would have to stop your wind attack, but by that time the fireball would have already gotten to you and you would be burned by at least B-Rank fire attack.

You can come and VM me you're reasoning or we can call a sensei.

Okay no, seeing as you didn't delete, I'll explain my move to you.

Your move says you use the fire chakra AFTER you saw my wind approaching, so no your fire isn't done at the same time as my wind.

Your fire jutsu's description saya you form the seal THEN compress chakra in your chest and convert it to Katon. There's no way around that. Meaning that since I begin pouring my chakra into the ground after seeing your handseal, my chakra goes into the ground at the same as you are compressing it. Since I have initiated any jutsu, I'm not breaking time-frame rules.

Now, your jutsu starts as you begin to exhale the fire. By this time, my wind has been travelling for a while and should have expanded by not, aka no longer streaming. So, even if you do manage to launch the fire at it, it wouldn't be big enough to cancel out such an immense explosion. You can't say that it would be bigger as one blast, you can't possibly know that. The jutsu description doesn't say so, so that would just be making up stuff to fit the situation, which would be bullshit no matter who says it.

Even if my wind IS still somehow streaming, I can use the earth technique at this time. This is because one needs Yin-Yang chakra to INITIATE two techs at the same time, but this is initiating a tech AFTER another has already been initiated. This is the same logic that allows us to use that combo of having a Futon: Rasengan in one hand, and then forming that water torrent Yamato used in another hand. I can use the shaking immediately as you begin to exhale the fire. It has to gradually come out, meaning you would misfire due to your aim being messed up.

My move is quite legit, so if you want to consult a sensei, go ahead.

I was gonna post this a VM, but it has way too many characters and my phone is acting slow with VM's and I'm the furthest from the mood to deal with that bullshit. So I'm posting it here for consideration.

I'm a voluntary judge, approved by Kyle. Since no other judge has posted, I take it you're both waiting for a judge so:

I'll only correct the problem at hand. Noni's fireball is in fact a projectile. However 'Water Shower' technique does not create the projectiles of water above Joker. The technique clearly states the water is created above the user, in this case Noni/Lancer. And then shot at the target [Joker].

Now, Joker does not use 'World Shaking' in the same time as Noni uses his fire technique. He uses the technique after Noni releases the flame ball.
As Lancer releases the Katon, Law has the ground shake.
This would mean, that Noni would be caught off guard, since he just spewed the fireball, being tossed to the ground by earth shaking. Meanwhile Joker has a B ranked fire hit him, despite throwing Lancer off balance, the fire is a projectile, which travels on it's own after being created. Self sustaining would be a better description for it. After all, Law used 'World Shaking' when the fireball was shot. Essentially knocking Lancer to the ground, but receiving the B ranked fire.

Continue from: Lancer falls to the ground, and Joker is hit by a sturdy B rank fireball. Although enough to cause severe pain & burns, he should still be able to fight, however heavy body movement would be too risky. If it was Joker's turn he would be able to defend, however since it's Noni's. The timeframe is passed the point where Joker can counter it.

Also, since Lancer is now on the ground, 'Water Showers' technique never happens. Atleast not in this move.

I'm guessing you are laying on your back, I don't know if you would be able to stand after taking the hit but you can do it any way you see fit, I'll try to explain it as well as I can to give you the freedom to do so.

As Lancer hits the ground due to the shaking of the ground, he takes notice how his opponent was hit by his fire attack, left vulnerable and in pain, Lancer takes the immediate initiative and does one hand seal which he gathers his doton chakra around the radius where you are and has a mud swamp appear below you. The mud swamp is the size of a 5 meter radius and 10 meters deep. As the mud is made you begin to sink due to the property of the mud.

Description: The user will first perform Boar → Tiger and then by changing the surface of an object beneath an enemy into mud and creating a non flammable swamp, the user can sink his enemy into the mud. The adhesive, chakra-infused mud ensnares the enemy's body, making it almost impossible to recover one's strength and escape from the swamp. The size and depth of the created swamp depends on the user's skill and the amount of chakra used, but if the user is an expert in this technique, it will always be possible to make a fair-sized swamp which is extremely effective against a great number of enemies or when having to face gigantic creatures.

Lancer gets back on to his feet and then performs a quick set of three hand seal which he spews out from his mouth a single fireball condensed with pressure, as it makes contact with the ground it turns into a inferno which travels along the ground towards you. This is in attempt to kill and finish you off as you sink into the mud.

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

*As Law sees the fire make contact with the wind, he realizes that he miscalculated badly. As the fire approaches with speed, he has no time to counter and the weakened and smaller fire collides with his chest. The fire burns through his shirt and chars his chest, but does no critical damage. The fire knocks him back. As he falls back, he quickly raises his head and moves his upper body forward. This allows him to land in a crouching position instead of on his back. As he lands in the crouching position, he builds up his chakra. As he sees Lancer fall to the ground and make a seal, Law realizes he has to act quickly. He sees Lancer make a single seal and then begins to feel the ground around him change. He feels it soften and notices that it begins to change color. Recognizing these as characteristics of the Swamp of the Underworld technique, Law quickly floods his own Earth chakra into the ground. This forces away Lancer's chakra in the ground stopping the swamp prematurely. As the chakra enters the ground, Law concentrates and has the ground below Lancer raise up with intense speed during the second seal of his fire jutsu, pinning his body to the ground and rendering him unable to move. Law has the part of the ground rising up be small in size, measuring just enough to cover Lancer's body, but having his head, arms and legs hanging off. This forces Lancer's head down and his face against the rising formation of earth, rendering him unable to see. The fact that his limbs are hanging off renders him unable to bring his arms and hands together to form handseals, which is accomplished by the force of the formation's speed causing his body to be pinned. This also allows Law to keep an eye on Lancer's body so he could tell if Lancer melds into the formation. Law has the pillar rise up to 20 meters. As it rises, Law forms a giant, solid boar shaped lid in the sky that falls down. Due to Lancer's face being pressed against the rising formation and the rushing of wind in his ears caused by his rising, he can't tell the lid has formed and is falling towards him. The lid crashes into the formation, breaking it apart and burying Lancer's crushed and dead body under a pile of rubble.*

The rise will be fast enough to pin enemies to the ground, restricting their movements as they struggle to get up and the drop will be fast enough to leave almost all enemies without a footing (albeit not airborne). Because of the large chakra needed to alter such a large area of the terrain, the user will be able to use it only a limited number of times.

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

Although Noni's usage of some techniques was off somewhat. He still kept the offensive at all times, managing to even land a hit on Joker. A fire technique at that. Also, Joker, Swamp of the Underworld is a near instant technique; if you see the ground change color and properties then it already turned into a swamp. Your counter brings a bit of a doubt to me. With that said, I feel like Noni was the one who had the overall advatange and such I must give him the win. Sorry Joker.
