Saber stands on the edge of the grass,a big waterfall to her left,no more than ten meters away and a fast mountain river in front of her.On the opposite side of the river,stands her opponent,a rather tall man with long wavy hair.He is older than Saber,probably more than ten years she thinks.She looks at the river as some tree branch gets carried by the current in front of her,it is time to begin.
Saber looks at her opponent and quickly performs a sequence of four hand seals while focusing her chakra.Once done with the hand seal,she releases the previously focused chakra into the air over the river.Manipulating her chakra,she forms a tornado,the tornado is created above the river,between Saber and her opponent.The tornado spins rapidly and picks up some of the water from the river which starts spiraling with it,giving it a bit of protection from fire.The tornado then moves in towards the opponent upon impact it ensnares Saber's opponent,constantly cutting him as it lifts him into the air.The tornado then subsides and the opponent falls to the ground,badly hurt.

Cullen looks at the young lady that is face before, Cullen is drinking some alcohol and having a smoke, as he always does while exhaling the smoke he says. "What's a little young thing doing here anyway, ma'am? You should leave fighting to the grown-ups."
As Cullen spoke those words, he noticed the young lady form some seals and send a tornado towards Cullen. "Little lady, you do not want to go against me."
As the tornado gets closer and closer to Cullen, he throws his alcohol to the side, but still keeping the smoke in his mouth as he takes a puff of it Cullen performs a series of seals while gathering up a decent amount of wind chakra in his hand he then waves his hand vertically downwards releasing a blade of wind directing in the centre of the tornado, as the tornado splits, Cullen uses his chakra to take control of it and re-directs it towards the young lady. As the re-directed tornado heads towards the young lady, Cullen takes another drag of his smoke. "Hmm, making copies of yourself? No problem."
Now, Cullen starts to gather up his water and lighting chakra together to create an element known as storm release; he gathers up the storm chakra in his left hand, the chakra forms a type of halo around Cullen left hand, he then releases the chakra in the form several beams of storm chakra, he makes it so that they follow just behind the tornado, he spilts the beans of storm off from one another, so once they reach the young lady, the beams should also hit the clones that are on the left and right sides of the lady. "I forgot, what is your name, young one?"
Cullen then takes another puff of his smoke, blowing it out around him, and the smoke gets carried away with the light breeze that is about.

Cullen was surprised that the young girl managed to counter him. "She isn't bad." - Cullen said to himself.
All of a sudden everything goes dark, which Cullen did find odd since it was day just a moment ago, Cullen looks around and all he sees his darkness not even the young lady, so Cullen could only think of two things that could have happened, he was either blindfolded which doesn't seem possible, since Cullen wouldn't do such a thing to himself, nor could the young lady reach from this range, so the only other thing it could be is a genjutsu, so Cullen performs a single seal and disturbs his chakra flow, cancelling the genjutsu and bringing Cullen back, not having a whole lot of time Cullen looks at the ground to see a darker shadow then there should be, Cullen has dealt with this technique before, but running out of options he grabs out a kunai from his jacket, now by using his fast speed Cullen switches himself with the kunai, the kunai taking all of the attack, while Cullen hides behind a tree for the time being [to the right of you, and your right clone] Cullen then moves away from the tree showing his location to the young girl. "..."
Cullen then devides his chakra up evenly to allow him to make two clones one [Mr. Left] left and one [Mr. Right] right sides of him. Cullen waits to see what the lady does. "..."

The effectiveness of this technique is dependent upon the skill of the user. A Jounin rank ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to C-rank. An S-class ninja can dispel Genjutsu up to B-rank. Now Cullen tells Mr. Rightly to run around to the ladies own clone but doing it so in a large arc formation of sorts, holding a kunai in each of his hands. With that done, Cullen feels a rumble below him and his other clone, assuming it is an earth based technique, Cullen performs a single seal and spews out a large amount of water, he does this in such a way that a large pillar of water lifts him up into the air, allowing him and Mr. Left to remain safe and unharmed. "Tsk"
Cullen then notices a large burst of wind heading towards him and his clone, so Cullen performs a few hand seals and releases an equally large burst of fire, the fire collides with the wind, and fire being stronger then wind, overpowers it and they combine to one attack [S-rank], now as the S-rank attack heads towards her and her clones, Mr. Right should well be in range [short] of the ladies right clone, so Cullen tells his right clone to throw one of the kunai that is in it's hand, and assuming the ladies right clone will try and deal with that kunai, Mr. Right will throw the other kunai about five seconds after the last one. Now Mr. Left, the clone next to Cullen, Cullen tells the clone to throw a couple of kunai behind the huge fire+wind combo, mainly just for a surprise attack of sorts.

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.
When my wind technique and your fire technique hit,the fire does overpower it but they don't combine into an S rank technique but the fire is actually weakened into a B rank technique.

Saber and her clones observe as the one of the opponents,if Saber remembers well,this is one of the clones moves to his left,Sabers right,so the right clone is the one paying attention to this attack.Saber watches the opponent rise himself on a pillar of water as she fires the pressure shot at him.She also notices that she is unable to further channel chakra into the Kirisame technique,however rain is still falling and now,it's falling over Saber and her clones too.Damn,he recognized the rain...She thinks this must be an opponents technique but her thoughts are interrupted as a large fireball is launched by the opponent towards her wind technique.The two techniques collide and the fire,of course prevails continuing towards Saber and her clones.The clone on the left who is now in line with Saber takes the initiative to defend against this.He performs the Ram hand seal,and spits out a large amount of water which raises in a huge wave in front of him,the fireball hit's the water and is easily extinguished while the wave of water is damaged a bit.The wave then heads towards the opponent,and the clone that is still beside him.Once it hits them,the clone is destroyed and the man himself is crushed.
-Your other clone's kunai's were also deflected by the water,not that Saber knew about them.

In fact, certain users have showed that its possible to, if the user has the ability to mold both Water and Lightning chakras at the same time (for example, Darui who has Storm Release), unleash this particular technique at the same time as they exhale/spit some water technique (which needs to consist of a stream of water), combining both in a seemingly consecutive move. Other ninjas will need to use a clone or an ally for the same effect.

Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Soon after that, Cullen notices snakes appearing from the ground and climbing up him, they start to stop his movements, but Cullen thinks to himself, he is aware that the young lady can summon snakes, but Cullen was watching her from when the dust cleared, and saw no handseals, or smoke, or anything of the latter and he found it sightly odd that they just kind of appeared out of the ground, it couldn't be ninjutsu, Cullen could only think of one another thing, so he disrupted his own chakra flow, Cullen then looks down and notices the snakes are gone completely gone, so he knew he was right, it was a genjutsu. "Knew it."

The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.
After casting her genjutsu,the dust was mostly blown away so Saber watches her opponent,observing will it work on him or not.Much to her displeasure she sees him performing a hand seal soon after. Crap,it didn't work...and I'm getting tired,I have to end this now!
Then she sees him exhaling a thin stream of water towards her.It travels really fast so she has to think quick.Earth is Saber's best element so she knows she will be able to perform earthen techniques the quickest.By quickly performing a single hand seal,she rises a large dragon of stone in front of her.The dragon appears just in time to take the full blow of the water technique.The stream of water was powerful,making a dent where it hit on the dragon and a few cracks that move from there,but wasn't able to fully destroy the dragon.The dragon moves in towards the man afterwards,breaking his bones when it hits him.
Due to her high level of mastery of the Earth element, is capable of perfoming earth techniques with the usage of only one hand seal.

Noticing the earthen stone dragon heading for Cullen, he gets his clone to his side to quickly performs one hand seal and gathers a large amount of lighting chakra in his mouth, which he then releases in the shape of a large spear that races towards the earth dragon, splitting it in two half's, the dragon falls down and crumbles, Cullen then tells the clone to stops the lighting technique as soon as it has destroyed the earth technique. "Thanks, for the thunderclouds."
Noticing the clouds made due to the fire technique that the lady released, Cullen thinks he should use that to his advantage, by performing the Ox hand seals, Cullen starts to form a chidori in his left hand, now once the chidori is formed in Cullen's hand, he raises his left hand up into the air, from that by using the chidori in Cullen's hand, he takes control of the above thunderclouds, and the lighting above; the lighting above forms a massive beast head in the air, and with one swift swing of Cullen's arm, downwards. The lighting roars down on the lady and her position, in the blink of an eye, without the use of time/space techniques or otherwise absolute defenses, the lady hopefully is dead, the area around the lady is completely totalled... "...It was time to end this...now I am tired, I need a smoke."

The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

The clouds begin forming as the dragon collapses onto the ground.In the moment the dragon falls,Saber sees lightning behind it,thinking that the lightning will come forwards at her,both she and her clone channel their chakra towards their hands.After that they punch their hands towards the ground in such and release the previously channeled chakra from their hands towards the ground so it forms a whirlwind that blasts Saber and the clone that stood in it's position forwards,towards the opponent.The clone was standing in front of Saber so it travels a little in front.In the air,Saber sees that the opponents lightning that destroyed the dragon is gone,but sees a new sphere of lightning in the opponents hands.She sees this pretty much the same time as she took of. While in the air,the clone wastes no time,he focuses his chakra towards his mouth and super-heats it on the way.Once done,he manipulates the chakra so it is converted into fire.After that he exhales the fire,in the form of three large flame bullets that go downwards towards and a little behind Cullen and his clone.Once they hit the ground,they cause a firestorm of sorts.With the fire erupting behind the opponent Saber and her clone land short range in front of the man and walk further a few steps,so the clone is about three meters away from the man and Saber is a bit to the clones right and a few steps behind him.

Well first off congrats to Andrej. You have my vote on this one.
My reason for my vote to Andrej is off of style. Andrej has his or her own style and just kept with it. Snakes, water, and wind. Looks like you have a liking to genjutsu also. I see a few lightning and fire jutsus but mostly then ones I named before. Andrej has style to his or her fighting ability and Nathan you had style at first but then you slacked off. You could have used your KG to your advantage. Never forget your special ability like KG or HA. They can turn the tide of the battle quick but never use it to much like I do lol.(I admit I use mines to much lmao)

Yes,I'm sorry about that.CP sent me a link to the fight,before even Satan posted anything and I opened it without checking anything beforehand and posted my bio and such.But I then went to the tourney organization thread and it said don't start this fight yet,so I went to CP and told him and he said that he'll wait then,I didn't know he posted a move,I told him our fight wasn't judged yet.
Satan is the judge of this fight and it's his call, but Nathan if you believe his decision is wrong, you can ask a sensei to check it. I believe my decision would be biased if I was to judge.
