prompt: 2 I think Obito is the best villain. Many will disagree with me. Many think that he is a whiny villain who went over the edge for the smallest of reasons, but that's just no the case. First off, he was quite intimidating when he had the mask. He's the source of Naruto and Sasuke's pain. He set loose the 9 tails, which led to Naruto's parent's death and the village in hating him. The 9 tails attack led to the Uchihas to being hated by the leaf as well. This led to their demise which he personally took part of.

Obito is a unique villain. He is a rational villain that yet, can't be reasoned with. He isn't influenced by hatred, he controls it as was stated by Shikaku. He represents Naruto's ideals being twisted by a deep desire for control fueled by the despair of realizing that the world is a dark place. The world is a hard place, and he can't accept that. He feels that true peace will never be achieved when people have free will, so he'll take it from them and make an artificial peace via infinite tsukyomi. His plan is the ultimate trap. It's ideals are noble, but its peace is just a fake illusion. No one will be themselves. It's slavery disguised as peace. To him, the current world is garbage, and all pain will be erased in this new world. Therefore, no one's life is of consequence. He has no mercy, no guilt since he thinks that what he will do will make up for all the damage he caused. He probably doesn't even care about himself as long as the plan he adopted succeeds. He is capable of doing anything to reach his goals, and he isn't motivated by sadistic desires that may distract him. He's a machine with a specific goal in mind, and he will make the minimum mistakes possible. He is a villain who will have his way, no matter the cost.

For this premium give away, I shall be writing on the second prompt. Who I think the best villain in the Naruto Series is and why. For this; I shall be suggesting that Pein is the best villain, over all.

As per instruction, I shall first delve into exactly why I believe Pein is significant to the story.

Pein's Significance:

Pein himself, or also known as Nagato, is a major player in the story for a few reasons. The first and most basic reason is that he is in fact the Akatsuki Leader. Or, at least the most well known one to the characters and the Akatsuki subordinates. He was the man we saw at the end of Part 1 explaining on how they would deal with Naruto and the unfolding scenario with Orochimaru soon enough.

Pein is also the reason for the formation and the recruitment of the Akatsuki. Going out and restocking the once righteous organization with dangerous criminals to further his own vengeance filled goals. If this were not reason enough to make him significant, he is also the shinobi that carries the whole sealing process of the Bijuu. Without him, neither the Akatsuki could meet to seal a bijuu nor could they actually do so. Without Pein, Gedo Mazo is not access-able.

Based on character alone now, Pein also proves himself worthiness to be the best villain in the show by his relationship with BOTH main characters. Sasuke and Naruto. I shall start with explaining his relationship and comparison with the latter of the two.

Pein is one of three "Anti-Naruto's" in this series. The first is Gaara, who represented the dark jinchuriki and how Naruto might have turned out if he were left alone the rest of his life and gave in to madness; instead of remaining stubbornly hopeful that he will be recognized. The next "Anti-Naruto" is obviously Obito; A shinobi who represents the exact opposite of Naruto in the way that his belief on peace is out there.

Obito does NOT believe peace by mortal means can be achieved and only a way of controlling the masses can bring about "true peace". Pein himself is a fusion or mix of both. Pein is the second "Anti-Naruto" in this series. In some ways, he is like Gaara.

Both Pein and Gaara have a single, but very important key point. They both gave up on themselves and succumbed to darkness. While this may seem like something MOST villains have in common; with these two it's different. Both experienced a great deal of trauma in their lives. Nagato with witnessing the death of his parents and taking part in Yahiko's death.

And Gaara being excluded and alone as a child, and his uncle; a man who was suppose to care for him revealing that both he and his father despised Gaara so much that they staged an assassination attempt on him. The world broke them and plunged them into a sort of insanity.

What Pein and Obito both share is their lack of faith in mankind. Both believing that natural peace is only a fools dream. However, where they differ is in the fact that Pein believes that humanity WILL understand each other for moments of time. When they all share pain. It will be a near endless cycle of peace, and then the world going to war. Only for them to receive pain once more.

But it would provide moments of peace through Pein's pain on the world. An achievable goal. Pein's main "shtick" as for him representing an "Anti-Naruto" is him having a corrupt will of Jiraiya. The world in which he lived in just turned him into the monster that is Pein.

As for Pein and Sasuke's relationship; it's rather simple. Pein is what Sasuke could become, a man obsessed with revenge and that will threaten the entire world just to see his version of peace and justice. Something that, at the time of Pein's attack on Konoha, seemed like the direction that Sasuke WAS in fact taking.

Reasons for being a Villain:

Nagato's who reason for becoming Pein, as I mentioned earlier, was a life full of struggle and finally him snapping when he was unable to protect those most precious to him. He was forced to witness the death of his parents.

After being unable to save Yahiko, someone who could be compared to a best friend if not brother to Nagato, he snapped. The world was being revealed to him. Peace would never reign. Not the kind the Ame Orphans and Jiraiya had once believed in. And, with the help of "Madara" now revealed to be Obito; Pein was born from the skeleton like corpse that was Nagato to a being that would rise against Amegakure, change it, and defeat Hanzo. Pein.

With Obito's negative influence, Pein was told of a new way that he could create peace. The idea of collecting and using the Bijuu to create a new world, a peaceful one, was most likely Obito manipulating a emotionally distraught Pein.

Why Pein Is The Best Villain:
Pein himself is both a great villain when it comes down to his character itself; and his whole design, appearance wise. Pein's villainous can be broken up into a few key points.

1: The conquering of Amegakure.

It was revealed to us, back when Jiraiya first managed to sneak into Amegakure, that there was a revolution. Was, it was long over by the time Jiraiya arrived. Pein has single handedly taken over the nation, or atleast the city at the time and killed Hanzo. Not only this. But Pein went as far as to hunt down any family of the man who betrayed Nagato and the original Akatsuki, but also all those who helped Hanzo. Even if they belonged to a different land and resided in it. Pein went out of his way to "erase" them from existence. As a God would.

2: The killing of Jiraiya.

The death of Jiraiya was one of the saddest, and certainly more unsightly demises we have seen. There were few that actually thought that Jiraiya would not make it out of Amegakure. And even when we did begin to doubt Jiraiya, he had managed to best path after path.

In the end, the result was dealing several lethal blows and crushing the throat of the noble toad sage. This scene and many others can be considered the most emotionally piece of the manga. Pein killing Jiraiya had one of the largest results, from other characters, in the series. Tsunade's reveal to Naruto of Jiraiya's untimely demise, and the moment when Pein and Naruto meet up in a destroyed Konoha all had much working for them due to this battle.
3: The attack on Konoha.

This point should be self edivent on why Pein himself is a great villain. He and his Akatsuki partner invaded Konoha and right away began to split up and cause havoc. What was, at first, a simply mission to find and retrieve the Kyuubi jinchuriki turned into, for Pein, a chance at revenge.

By the way we see Pein in Konoha, he gets more and more violent as he goes. To the point where it seems like he honestly should just deal injuring or severely wounding blows and save his time to go find the jinchuriki. But instead he goes on to finish off Kakashi, attack and nearly kill Choji and his father, and in the end create a massive crater out of Konoha.

Konan herself even warns and advises against such an action. Pein seems to slowly loose himself in his version of Justice. During Naruto and Pein's chance at speaking; we finally see how mad he is. Explaining that he has experienced pain, his uncaring for the death of his master. Even if he were to cause it, Pein seemed to shrug it off as something not important.

His plans for peace, a version of mutually assured destruction. Something that DID work for us, to an extent, was his dream. To force the world to feel pain and when they began to "forget", remind them.

Aside from his turn in the end, Pein had great promise as a villain. He was shown to be a power house. Having an opposing ideal, if not corrupted from the protagonists. His move set was interesting and unique. In a time of, what seemed to be a blinding OPNess for the MS turned out to be out done by the Rinnegan.

Pein's phrases and his God gimick also help the cause of him being the best villain. What is worse then proclaiming yourself to be a God and then wiping out villages and entire families as if they were nothing?

Pein's determination and, until the end, strong resolve is breath taking. His speeches are assured to fill you with chills. He has everything needed to be the best villain.

A sad childhood.

Tremendous Power.

Interesting appearance(s) and abilities.

When he speaks, you feel as if you should listen.

He has killed both mentors to Naruto Uzumaki, one of the main characters. And is an Uzumaki-version of Sasuke, to an extent.

His dreams were not entirely good, nor were they evil. They were complex and a shade from grey. Obito's goal is both good and evil Stripping free will but replacing it with eternal happiness. Whereas Pein is keeping free will but forcing others to endure suffering for the sake of peace for all. A character such as Pein is rare in manga and this is why I believe him to be the greatest villain shown thus far in the series.

And this is my post. I hope I did it correctly.

Hashirama - In this paragraph I will state why I think Hashirama is the best hokage. People think he is a legend. He stopped Madara from taking down the village and took down the Nine Tails with him which means he has great power also. He also even made the village. He even brought momentary peace to the village and did what was best. This is why I think Hashirama is the best Hokage. =D

Who's the best hokage? Well, first off what makes a good hokage? Power to protect the village, respect so that the villagers don't rebel, wisdom to know what the right decision, and knowledge to pass onto the younger generation. are all qualities a hokage needs. Now, all hokage's have each of these qualities but only one has them in great supply. The best hokage in my opinion is hashirama senju. The reason I think its hashirama is that he was able to start and maintain konoha in its early days. His leadership helped him to guide the people in the right direction. He was able to united most of the scattered clans and gather them into one place. He, right next to madara, was the most repected ninja of his day. This respect lead to a unified village. His power was strong enough to keep madara at bay multiple times over the period of a couple years. Even in his young age he was able to run a village maybe not perfectly but run it nonetheless. Without hashirama the village of konoha wouldn't exists. The clans would still be at war. The bijuu's would be running free, rampaging all over the land. While forcing them into vessels was hashirama's one and only fault.

Prompt: Obito is the greatest villain in the Naruto series.
You must be registered for see images

Premise 1: Obito has a link to the majority people on the battlefield right now. Madara in comparison only has a literary link to Hashirama and Tobirama. Far less discerning. Of all the main villains to take into context (Obito, Orochimaru, Pein/Nagato and Madara) Obito has the most links with every main character. Orochimaru mainly has a link to Naruto and Sasuke; Naruto because he was Jiraiya's pupil and Orochimaru being Jiraiya's former bestfriend; you get the correlation and Sasuke for reasons ever so obvious; he was his teacher for the better part of three years to help Sasuke gain power. Still in comparison to Obito? Very little. Pein/Nagato dwindle even more in this category. The only relationship that he has to any of the main characters is Naruto because they have been called the Child of Prophecy (Now Naruto has firmly taken this position) and they were both pupils of the same teacher. That "link" was Naruto's main way of getting Nagato to convert. Other than that link they have, Nagato has no one else in the series who is part of the main storyline to make him worthy of being the greatest antagonist. Madara... Oh Madara. The entire "Eye of the Moon" plan was his. All his planning. He lost to Hashirama and was a sore loser. Madara's linking to both the battlefield and current characters is very low as well. He has a "small" link to Naruto which is indirect because it is through Obito. No link to Sasuke however the theme of Sasuke overcoming the Hatred which Madara cemented will obviously come into play; but no personal link. The only two people who are currently relevant to the plot right now that have a link to Madara are Hashirama and Tobirama. Hashirama for the reasons that they were best friends, rivals and the full incarnations of the S06P sons. In comparison to Obito? All of these guys dwindle. Obito has a link to Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, Gai, the Current 5 Kage (Because of his interaction with them at the Kage Summity), Madara, Itachi, Minato, Hiruzen etc. Even if you add up all the links from the other characters into one, they still don't equal Obito. Obito manipulated Sasuke, was best friends with Kakashi (And rivals so to speak), knew of Gai, interacted with the current 5 Kage, was trained by Madara, manipulated Itachi into killing the entire clan, forced the suicide of his sensei; Minato, and Hiruzen knows of him as the "Hero of the Sharingan".

Tobi(Obito) interaction with the 5 Kage:
You must be registered for see images
Tobi(Obito) interaction with Sasuke (Manipulation)
You must be registered for see images
This also proves he manipulated Itachi when he says "...about the one who helped that night"

Premise 2: The entire plot, villain wise, was set into motion by Obito. It is true that Madara created the plan for the Eye of the Moon, but he never anticipated that Obito would manipulate someone into creating the Akatsuki to aid him in capturing the Tailed beasts. On this part, this makes Obito an insisting, resourceful and tactical villain. He manipulated the entire Akatuski. Everyone thought the leader was Nagato/Pein, where in reality, the one calling the shots was Obito.

Obito was the entire reason that Naruto became a Jinchuriki. He fought Minato but then he vanished not before letting the Nine Tails wreak havoc. This in turn made Minato have to make a tough decision. Knowing that the "Masked Man" was immensely powerful, Minato sealed the Nine tails in Naruto which set the plot in motion. He manipulated the Ame Orphans (Nagato, Yahiko and Konan) into creating the Akatsuki and after the Hanzo-Danzo ordeal which saw Yahiko die, Nagato returned and complied with Tobi's wish to create the "villainous" Akatsuki. So in hindsight, the Akatsuki's goals, which were the mystique of Part 1 and the drive of part 2, were all of Obito's doing. He manipulated Sasuke to continue on a path of hatred after Itachi's death which allowed him to gain part of Hachibi's chakra which helped in the revival of the Juubi; without this he would not have been able to revive the Gedo Mazou corpse (More master manipulating).

Scan showing how Obito bought enough time for the Kyuubi to wreak havoc and in turn wasted Minato's stamina which was a deterrent when fighting the Kyuubi:
You must be registered for see images

HE MADE THE ENTIRE WORLD THINK HE WAS MADARA UCHIHA. That low and behold is an immense manipulation feat and another reason why the plot was so good during this time (Still is...). He was the main reason why the Uchiha clan was annihilated. He created distrust in the leaf on the Uchiha's behalf because of the Kyuubi attack which became affiliated with the Uchiha's ocular prowess. This in turn forced a coup d'etat attempt which lead Obito to manipulate Itachi's feelings and aid in murdering the clan.

To close this premise; HE CARRIED OUT THE ENTIRE PLAN SET IN STONE BY MADARA. He did everything. Madara did nothing at all.

To recap:
- Manipulated Ame Orphans to create Akatsuki
- That manipulation lead to the incarnation of the villainous Akatsuki
- Responsible for the death of the Main characters father
- Responsible for the burden that Naruto beared for 12 years of his life (Being a Jinchuriki)
- Main reason the Uchiha clan was wiped out
- Manipulated Itachi
- Manipulated Sasuke to gain the 8 tails chakra which was beneficial for him in the long run
- The whole world believed he was Madara
- The entire plan (Eye of the Moon) was carried out by him
- Manipulated the entire Akatsuki

Premise 3(Final): The main parallel in the story is between Obito and Naruto. This has been painted for quite some time and shown by Kishi from Obito's thoughts (When he was talking to Naruto and thinking he was once like him). Obito now, is basically the Anti-Naruto. He is Naruto if Naruto gave in to Kurama's fostering hatred. Likewise, Naruto is what Obito was before and if he stuck to reality and good thoughts. Refer back to Kakashi gaiden, Obito main goal was to be Hokage. Sound familiar? This is/was Naruto's goal from the beginning as well. This parallel has been displayed more times than any other parallel in the entire manga, and is (as stated in the beginning sentence of this premise) the main parallel in the manga.

With all that being said, it is righteous to assume that the Final antagonist is Obito because of the course the plot is taking. A long going, custom in Shounen mangas is this: The final villain gains power on an unfathomable level (Think current Obito) and faces the main character in a fight. At this same time period, the main character gains power of similar scope (Think full BM Naruto with Yin chakra+Rinnegan scale) and they fight in which the main character comes out victorious and the "savior" (Which Naruto has been hinted to be so). Examples of this in Shounen; Ichigo vs Aizen. Aizen was obscenely powerful on an insane scale. Ichigo gains Final Getsuuga Tenshou and proceeds to win. Dragon Ball Z at the time when the author wanted to make Gohan the main character; battle against Cell. Cell and the mini-cells wreak havoc. Gohan comes in and goes SSJ2 and utterly demolishes Cell. Recall that I said that Obito has the most links in the story to any character in comparison to other antagonists; this final fight would be a clash of the main parallel and ideals. "Rikudou" (Naruto who befriended the Bijuus; Love) and "Juubito" (Obito who submitted them to becoming the Juubi; Power). This main parallel sets up for an immense fight of legendary proportions that will decide the fate of the Narutoverse.

Scan showing how Obito acknowledges the blatant similarities between him and Naruto:
You must be registered for see images

Something extremely common between both of them, as they are both the portions of the main parallel is their strong physical wills and what they stick to. Naruto sticking to saving his friends and Obito wanting to eliminate reality.

Obito's physical will is displayed in this scan when he is able to overcome Madara's will and become the Juubi's Jinchuriki:

Thank you for reading.

Best villain :

In my opinion, Madara Uchiha is one of the strongest and most intelligient villain in the history of Naruto. I beliee Madara is the greatest villain because it seems as if he has been planning everything all along. He considers all aspects of a situation, including what can happen if he was to be betrayed by one of his strongest subordinate (Obito) The uchiha and Senju were and will always be in competition, trying to prove which clan is superior to the others. As Much as all Uchihas wanted to notice their clan prevail, their strongest shinobi, Madara, was defeated by Hashirama. All though this may be true, Madara's defeat paved the way to a new world of destruction and possibilities. He obtained the senju DNA, making him something to what a reincarnation of the sage himself would be. Before his death, he awakened the rinnegan- a godly doujutsu that the god of shonobi had. With the EMS and Rinnegan, nothing could stand in his way, except death. Death was unescapable at that time. Knowing this, he implanted the rinnegan to Nagato, knowing the ability of life and death. He planned everything, making sure that nagato would use the rinne rebirth jutsu on madara to revive him. Although things didn't go as planned, he was still revived by means of Edo tensei. The whole time, he's been playing and using obito to carry out his duties. That is what makes him the best villain, because he easily manipulates many strong villains (obito, nagato) and yeah got lazy to write more lol

Prompt 1 - THE BEST HOKAGE
MINATO

Talk about speed , reflexes and intelligence or analyzing situation it was all minato but
but we also know it doesn't make him the best hokage then what does ?
For me the best hokage should not be only evaluated in terms of power ,
But for his love towards the village and how much he has sacrificed for sake of village , we can say all hoakage will die in battle for their village , which is true but to sacrifice their family (their newly born son and wife)makes a not a good husband or father but hell of hoakage In terms of power minato has taken down tobi with 0 intel on him and fought kyubi and nonetheless sealed it too. He is praised by sarutobi and tobirama which shows how talented and respected he his

His specialty
1 : he had invented rasengan(which is widely used by naruto in fights effectively)
2 : learned uzumaki seals (saved konoha from 9 tails rampage).
3 : s/t tech (surpassing even tobirama)
4 : fastest reflex & base speed (there is no doubt he was the fastest and had almost god like
reflexes )
5 : his intelligence was on par with itachi and other character . (he knew the masked man would
cause trouble
and will be a great threat in near future )
6 : he left his chakra presence inside naruto to help him when he is about to loose control over
nintails . (prooving he still cared for his son )

Achievements

1 : jiraya said genius like minato appears once in life time .
2 : during minato era other ninja were told to run when ever come across with yellow flash of konoha .

hashirama is stronger then minato in terms of power but he can fight and give him also a hard time . on over all terms minato was the better hokage .

best villain
Gatou because he was truly evil unlike Madara, Orochimaru, Sasuke who just went emo because any of their beloved people died
here's a list of reasons why Gatou was an awesome, very hateable villain
1 He wasn't a bishounen
2 He was trolling the entire land of waves for a long period of time
3
4 He laughed at it
5 He was very arrogant
6

the best Hokage was Hiruzen imo
idk... he just became my fav after Kishi's trollage and that huge amount of downplaying threads
I don't think he deserved all these trollage, retcon, "we weren't at full power" bs which trashed his epic fight and death...
he was Hokage for a very long time and even when he was old and weak he had no problem fighting for the village

Tobirama is the best Kage, not just Hokage, ever. He knew what needed to be done. He was quick and smart. He exported all the sand that was in Konoha, leaving none behind. And the Uchiha lived happily ever after.

The end.

Best hokage: Tobirama; he was misunderstood and he was the most Uchiha loving hokage, proof:
-He knew everything about them; including how they gain powers
-He kept them in safety of village
-He gave them houses at the beautiful outskirts of Konoha
-He provided them guarantied jobs at police force in Konoha.

Best villain: Kakko the earth using fodder from Kakashi gaiden; he was just a bad guy who kidnapped and genjutsu-ed Rin for gaining info and tried to killed children of team Minato. If it was not for him Obito would not be crushed under that boulder and none of these would be happening; he is responsible for all of these.

Best Villain

It is my strong opinion that Uchiha Obito is the best villain in the Naruto series. First of all, Obito's history as Kakashi's teammate who gave the Copy Ninja his Sharingan, and as the one responsible for the unleashing and subsequent sealing of the Nine Tails, makes him a major force in the driving of the Naruto plot. He was also responsible for derailing Nagato from the path Jiraiya set him on and grooming the young boy into Pain, the leader of Akatsuki; which is simply an organisation of Naruto's greatest villains. Even Orochimaru was once a member.

Apart from his role in the series, there is also the emotional aspect. Obito, in his youth, was the kind of person readers could identify with. He was a kind boy who wasn't the best ninja out there. He was in the same team with Kakashi, whose superior skills and genius intellect made him feel even worse about his shortcomings, added to the fact that Rin - who Obito loved - loved Kakashi instead. This is a common experience; being unlucky in love, having average ability and ending up being outshined by one's peers. The character Uchiha Obito is realistic in this effect.

Also, there is the fact that he and Naruto are most similar. Apart from their preference for goggles in their youth, they are familiar with the pain of being outshined by a far more talented teammate and have both felt the pain of unreturned romantic feelings towards a teammate. They refused to let these circumstances keep them down; taking up courage to protect their comrades against all odds and aiming to become Hokage. There's also the fact that the protangonist's father was Obito's teacher and his master was Obito's friend. There is a strong connection as well as correlation between the protangonist Naruto and Obito that cannot be matched.

Moving on to the reason why Obito became a traitor to Konoha. It could be argued that betraying the village because of Rin's unjust death was too much of a stretch. However, one must consider what Obito is; an Uchiha. Their sort is unable to handle such great loss, especially considering that Obito had to face this tragedy at the tender age of 13. Also, let's not forget Madara's influence. His fall and loss of faith in the current shinobi world can stand as a testament to just how flawed it really is; war among ninja could turn a kind-heart boy like Obito, very much like Naruto, into a cold-blooded traitor. His experience helps to readers to understand a need for change.

Also, as a villain, Obito is perfect. Villainy entails evil, sinister, deceptive actions. Wickedness and heartlessness. Obito is all this and more. Allow me to begin with his famed attack on Konoha with the Nine Tails which led to the deaths of many including Naruto's parents and Iruka's parents. There was his massacre of the Uchiha clan, his own kinsmen. The murder of Konan in order to further his goals. His willingness to dispose of Kakashi, once a dear friend, without a second thought. His manipulation of the Mizukage and even Nagato and ultimately, his declaration of war on the entire shinobi world. Obito is evil personified. There's also the fact that he is the 'man of evil' who must be stopped by the 'Child of Prophecy.'

Obito is also a beacon of strength. As a boy, he massacre a great number of Kirigakure ninja. Later on, he could even go toe to toe with the Fourth Hokage and he controlled the Kyubi. As a man, he could subjugate six Tailed Beasts at the same time and he took on Naruto, Bee, Kakashi and Guy at once. He and his mentor Madara could control even the Ten Tails in its lesser forms and he ultimately became the Jinchuuirki of the beast, now standing as possibly the strongest ninja since the Sage of the Six Paths, weilding the power of the world's mightiest Evil.

This was fun. ^_^

Let me try this out.

The Best Hokage

I feel Tobirama Senju deserves this title.During his rule,he made decisions like a real leader would, and acted by strategically thinking and not upon emotions like many others. He also kept the Uchiha in place by giving them position, but at the same time, had an eye on them at all times. He also created the forbidden jutsu,Edo Tensei, gaining him fame and recognition.Tobirama was known as a powerful shinobi and also political icon.
