Prompt 1 - Who is the best Hokage? Not in just terms of strength, but also in terms of their leadership. Explain why the decisions of your specific Hokage are so significant. Explain why they are better Hokages than the rest.

Prompt 2 - Who is the best Villain in the story? Villains can be who ever you want. It can be Orochimaru, Obito, Madara, Evil Itachi, Zabuza, Mizuki... you can choose who ever you consider a villain. Then, explain why your villain is so significant. Explain why their reasons for being a villain are justifiable. Explain why they are a better villain than the rest.

The best villain in my opinion is Obito. Of all the villains in the series, he has affected the plot the most. He spurred the creation of Akatsuki, which are essentially the entire reason there is a Shippuden. Not only that, but he connects with three of the main characters, two of them in an antagonistic way. With Naruto, he killed his parents, or at least was the catalyst for it. He also caused the event that made Naruto's life difficult: He forced Minato to make him Kurama's Jinchuriki. With Kakashi, well that's obvious, he completely changed Kakashi into the man he is today. Without Obito, there is no Kakashi that we know. With Sasuke, he helped in and was the catalyst for the Uchiha massacre, which turned Sasuke into what he is. Frankly, without Obito, we wouldn't have the Team 7 we have today, with the exception of Sakura. He was also a man of mystery before he was revealed. What were his abilities? Who is he? What does he want, where he is from? Has one character ever caused such shitstorms among the fans before, or ever since? No. I think the reason for his villainous turns are very justified. He didn't just lose a crush. He loved Rin, and loss is something that can cripple the best of us. Rin's death showed Obito that the world wasn't all rainbows and sunshine. There was cruelty. There was disappointment. He plans to get rid of this. It's ironic. A villain who wants to make the world what he sees as "better". It's fitting. It takes someone who has dwelled in the darkness, who has been consumed and molded by it to truly understand that in order to make a better world, there must be sacrifices. This is one of the attributes that make Obito's villainy unique: He doesn't just want to destroy. He wants to create a whole new world.

Prompt 2: I believe Orochimaru is the best villain, the reasons I think this is because he's the most memorable, I mean being the first major recurring villain of the series makes an impact and frankly he's created a huge impact in the plot, (turning sasuke evil, killing the third, and killing the fourth kazekage) to name a few.

His whole purpose in the story was stirring sh*t up, he more or less created the naruto that is today, with villains like Obito and Madara we could've frankly done without, their only real relevance came at the end of the series, simply speaking Orochimaru was the catalyst for over %80 of the series and Madara and Obito only gained plot relevance for the last %10 (Gaara and Zabuza got respectively %5 each though these are unofficial statistics) now one can argue that Obito really created the series with the Kyuubi and killing Minato but I don't see it this way, I don't think Kishi thought on the first chapter "The reason Naruto is an orphan is because of a butt hurt Uchiha named Obito".

Moving on; Orochimaru was really the first real OP ninja, unless you count part one Kakashi, but when he made Kakashi look like fodder we knew that he was a force to be reckoned with, I'm sure alot of us thought this guy was going to become the final villain, and he fulfilled that role for part one. See he was the villain that took the whole akatsuki to fill that role in part two, he was a mile stone in the series, the last boss if you will.

And I think he would've been a great final boss of the series, but Kishimoto had the "brilliant" idea of bringing back two dead Uchiha who might as well had stayed dead.

In my opinion, the best villain in Naruto has to be Uchiha Obito. Unlike the other villains. Obito has shown to be quite diverse. From being a fun loving idiot, to a war waging psycho. I consider him one of. No. The best villain, because of this and the fact that he is linked to the main character. Him and Naruto have shown to be alike in many different ways. They both wished to be Hokage. Both of them wished to better themselves and to have the village acknowledge them. Another reason why I choose Obito as being the greatest villain in the series is because that he shows what Naruto could have become if he didn't have his friends to back him up and encourage him. And that my friend is why I believe Obito is the best villain in the series.

Imo the best villain in Naruto is Itachi because he solo's. Itachi>Your favorite character. Itachi solo's all. Itachi died for our sins. Itachi is God. That's it.

Well...this seems fun.

The best Hokage? Out of all five, if i had to choose one...that would be Hiruzen Sarutobi. You can see that from most of the series, the Teacher was a wise, as he passed on things he had learned in his lifetime to the next generation. Hiruzen as you can clearly by his relationship with Orochimaru, loved his students very deeply. He also believed that Konoha's next generation was a precious resource of the village and that it sould be protected above all. In terms of skil he is a very powerfull foe, being able to use a variety of Techniques he learned along his lifetime, he was strong enough in taijjutsu to trade blows with the first and second hokage simmultaniously. Sautobi could summon King Enma whenever needed and act as a powerful tag team to take down the most powerfull fow, Enma could also turn into a diamond hard staff, Sarutobi was very skilled at handling the staff to the point were he could go toe to toe with Orochimaru wielding the blado of Kusanagi. He was the strongest Kage of his time and even received the tittle "God of Shinobi". Sarutobi was loved by all on the village and acted like a father to everybody. Hiruzen always tried to find a peaceful solution for the situation, an example is how he oposed the idea of Itachi taking down his whole clan and tried to find another way to find peace instead of slaying a whole clan. Sarutobi was the Hokage who lasted most and in his death left a generation of determined Shinobi with the Will of Fire. That is why in my opinion Hiruzen Sarutobi, the Teacher, was the best Hokage. The best Hokage was Hiruzen because Ichiraku Ramen flourished under his reign, Ichiraku Ramen made Naruto strong and healthy, with the allowance Hiruzen gave to Naruto, he was able to grow up savoring the delicious taste of Teuchi's cooking.

The best villain was the boulder that crushed Obito, if it wasn't for the boulder, we wouldn't have Jūbito.

Who is the best Hokage?: It has always been my belief that the 4th Hokage is the best Hokage, now the 1st Hokage, Hashirama, may have the title and the respect that comes with his nickname "The God of Shinobi", but I don't think he affected the main cast more than the 4th did. Minato Namikaze saved Konoha from the Nine Tails attack, the event that started the series. He ensured that no damage was made to the Villages Great Stone Faces, as they represent the Villages Will of Fire. He ensured that the Kyuubi couldn't do any more damage to the Village by making 3 huge sacrifices. He used his own life to seal away half of the Kyuubi's massive chakra, he sacrificed his wife to help control the other half of the Kyuubi's chakra inside his son, and he made his son's life miserable, but made sure to leave him with the tools to defeat the Mysterious Masked Man. He single handedly saved the Village and left his son with the power to save the world.

Not only did he save the Village and ensure his son would save the world, he is a very intelligent Shinobi who mastered the Space/ Time Technique and was able to create a special formula that he could transfer to any object or surface, including people, which never fades, and using this technique he could instantly transport to it. As well as his mastery of Space/ Time Jutsu, he created a new A-Rank Jutsu over a span of 3 years which takes chakra and rotates it to such a level it grinds the intended surface and forces any intended target backwards in a clockwise rotation, which deals a considerable amount of damage. His son was able to master it over the course of a week, which was an amazing feat for a Genin. He was even able to mold Wind chakra into it, something Minato was unable to do.

While all Hokage have great features to me Minato is the one who stands out the most, and while he might not be the strongest or the wisest, he was the most selfless and the one who has, for me, impacted the story the most.
