[Suggestion] Premium benefits

So I have a unique suggestion but first let's break down some premium options that are currently at the forefront.

Banner's
Glow's
Symbol's
Contest's
Section's
Ava's, sig's, and other related things.


Now that's a lot of stuff for what is it a couple bucks for a month?

Let's talk about this as it's all related to perk's. Each of these things basically benefits a user but maybe the site can do better. How you ask? Well that's simple adding a new perk that relates to the Rp. There is quite a bit of time spent and that has been devoted to this section of the forum over many years.
Why not give the Rp a perk for buying premium.

Let's say this

1 extra cj submission per cycle during premium time.
1 extra ability like Smoke or sensory can be additionally added to bio's which normally cannot attain.
Extra chakra during premium
+damage boost during premium


Now of course these things would only be useable while you have premium. Would this not appeal? Would this not increase a flood of money to the site?

Just some idea's to maybe spruce up the premium benefits for people that frequent for other reasons then just discussions.

In all honesty would you buy premium to have the chance at submitting an extra Rp related thing? Obviously this would need to go through both Zise and Caliburn.

So what you are sayin is that having premium as it is now is fine. Paying for stuff like big Ava's an sig's are good enough for ya?

I'm saying they could add a perk for the Rp as well. Not that you need a separate type of Rp premium it would be the same thing with an added perk.

I think this was suggested before or something similar - I believe it was suggesting a contest rewarding Premium and these same perks - but was shot down by Zise and Caliburn for being... I'm going to paraphrase... being ridiculous and something about the RP losing its integrity... again paraphrasing.

Anyway, I disagree with this idea. "Only getting benefits when Premium". When Premium is gone, it is not automatically taken off, it is manually taken off, so it has to be tracked. That's too much IMO. Also, most of those perks can be achieved with having the Sage tittle.

I was talking to lawliet about it when it was introduced and she told us in the premium chat that it was just a joke and that it would be removed with a matter of time. I, joking around with her, suggested that it should become a perk and it would work like a RP village. Whenever you have premium membership, you could apply to it and the leader will accept you but whenever your premium ran out, you would be kicked from it. RP perk sorta say.

Premium and RP will never be connected in any way. Only exception would be that premium gives you an extra chat thread where you can increase your post count a bit easier than in other section and with the spam contest that opens once in a while.
