-Based on which ninjutsu the ninja uses, the amount of chakra will be different, as would the element the ninja employs. The five main elemental types are also the names for the Five Great Shinobi Nations: Fire, Wind, Lightning, Earth and Water. Each ninja has the potential to better utilise one of these styles and potentially more.
-The element of Fire is both creative and destructive, its qualities are Brightness, Thinness and Motion and its mode is Active. It is fire that we and our ancestors used to warm our homes, we use it to cook our food, we sit around it to ward of the darkness of night, and it fuels our passions. Fire, unlike the other elements, does not exist in a natural state.
-is one of the basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by molding superheated chakra inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth. There are also variants to this in the form of some mediums such as the use of gun powder, ash, explosive tags and chakra flow into a weapon.
Commonly affiliated with the Tiger hand seal, Fire Release consists of mid to long-ranged offensive techniques that cause combustive and explosive damage.
- Fire is strong against wind because the air feeds the flames but weak against water because it cools and smothers them.
Fire Release can be used in conjunction with Lightning Release to augment the latter by using the former to alter weather conditions with a sufficiently powerful technique.
Additionally, it can be used with Wind Release to increase the strength of a fire technique and even overcome the superior element of water.
Fire Release was shown being used in conjunction with Earth Release.

-Elemental Chakra are chakra that have undergone nature transformation to give it a uniqueness like fire chakra is hot, water chakra moist, wind chakra sharp and so on.
-Fire as an element is destructive and not friendly. It produces heat and flows irregularly. It is a gluton and feeds on things spread through them. As you said, its useful as it illuminates.
-Fire Release is making fire out of your own chakra, control existing fire or summon fire into the surrounding.
-Fire+Wind=Excellent combo, wind fuels the fire making it stronger
-Fire+Water=Also good. Give Boil release, Steam Release
-Fire+Earth= Great combo too. fire melts the earth to form lava
-Fire+Lightning=They are both intangible so will also make a good combo.
Approximately, fire combines well with all other elements.

Okay I will post a jutsu and how you are going to execute them then you are required to..
-Create a scenerio where you use them as if you are in a fight with someone, using 3 moves combining this jutsu with 2 other jutsus you have learn or freeform.
-Create another scenerio using the jutsu in a different way from the one above
-Advantages and Disadvantages
-How do you defend against it if you are attacked with it.

-As I hide behind a bush not located from the enemy, I gather some amount of chakra in my chest and to my mouth by using the following hand seals: Tiger-Rat-Ox. When I noticed my mouth was hot and glowing, I released the fire projectiles.
-There are more than one way to block them, but since I am only a fire trainee I could only use fire. By using fire, I can counter the enemy's jutsu which is (Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu ) by using the same jutsu, which would lead to a negation.
If I am to use water, I can simply evaporate the Fire Projectiles.
If I am to use Earth, I can create a huge wall or throw big boulders at the Projectiles.
If I am to use wind, I can push them out of the way by a tornado or a wind gust.
-If the field was grassy, you can burn the field.
If you are near a lake or fighting in a lake, the jutsu us useless. The enemy might hit the water so hard it can splatter the water making your jutsu uneffictive
If the field is windy, gusty, the fireballs would fly away.

-Can I use it like a meteor shower, making a lot of them and sending them into the air ?

Correction: the wind would fuel the fire and not make the fire fly away except when the wind is higher in rank than the fire, then it quenches the fire or both cancels each other.
-Yea you can use it as a shower, but not as big as a meteor nor can it go that far into the clouds, this means the fire projectiles can be shot in a parabolic manner.
good of you, Now since you said this is your first training, I can make this an exception for you, so now you will be doing your training differently in this way and you can revert back to the previous when you start learning other techs.

Thats what I meant when I mentioned the wind superiority. The enemy is a higher wind user.
-OK, am gonna use this jutsu mainly for diversion. So this what am gonna do.
While fighting the enemy at a mid range distance, I prepare my Shurikens and send a some fire chakra to it. Now they're all hot and glowy, I throw them at the opponent. Now since the opponent is busy with handling my Shurikens, I prepare the (Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu) ! Now as you mentioned, I could use this jutsu as a shower but not as a ''meteor shower'' to give stronger damage.

-I focus really hard to send my chakra to my lungs, when they reach my lungs I try even harder to push the chakra upwards to my mouth. I feel a small burning and a light glow in my mouth, as I try my best to shape them as little fireballs in my mouth I fail.
After several attempts I finally succeeded with the jutsu... Let me try it, (Katon: Komakai Kaki) ! It worked ! The little fireballs launched out of my mouth

Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique
You will make the 4 handseals and knead chakra into your lungs then you channel it into your mouth while converting it into flamable gas using nature manipulation then you blow it towards your opponent. Use something to ignite it upon your opponent.
Please use the template I gave you that starts with you creating few scenes on how you will use it in battle.
