I seriously don't get how people think that this girl is pregnant in that image. She looks more like she's holding a towel or some cloth with her right hand more than her holding her tummy.

I originally thought it was two years but then somone pointed out that it was just two years since RTN came out. But it only looks like a couple of years 2-4 IMO.

Well she doesnt look pregnant to me.....its definitely not Hinata, unless she had breast reduction surgery. I think its Sakura or Kushina, since Minato is in the movie as well.

Its unknown how long the time skip really is

It cannot be Sakura or Hinata because they cannot have babies at so young age.
Also I checked Kushina's outfit in the manga . If it's a flashback then Kishi won't change the outfit style just for a movie.
Kurenai is also out of question.
Maybe Mikoto since we haven't seen her in that state. Maybe someone who might be telling the story about that to Sasuke.
