So are you cool with how powerful Naruto and Sasuke have gotten or would you have preferred a cap on their power at some point? Personally I'm fine with it the more the merrier.

Tha't be amazing, but Naruto would slaughter. Kokuo's strength with Kawazu Kumite. Unless you mean no SM/Bijuu enhancements and it's "base" Taijutsu.
