In a similar way to that of the one in Road to Ninja? Like Obito is Menma, and Madara is well, Madara. Obito and Naruto would clash with each other for quite a frequent period of time, also clashing with other members of the shinobi alliance. Meanwhile Madara and Hashirama are battling it out against each other in a location quite a distance away from the current battle. After some time, Madara reveals how he survived and defeats Hashirama and Tobirama, while also in the meantime, Obito defeats Hiruzen.
After this Obito does a wide spread jutsu like the spiralling ring technique and wipes out a majority of the battlefield. Naruto (with the help of Sasuke and the alliance) and Obito drive each other to a complete stalemate where both of them are down. Madara reveals that he anticipated something like this would happen and reveals that his trump card is to use Obito's body as a vessel. With Naruto in a weakened state, Sasuke takes over to buy some time, but Madara overpowers him and once again wipes out a large majority of the alliance. Naruto is on the verge of death. When all hope seems lost Naruto gains the other half of the Kyuubi chakra from Minato and Hachibi chakra and meets the Sage. The sage explains to him how to defeat the Juubi. Naruto returns with new determination and becomes a Psuedo-Jinchuuriki of the Juubi and defeats Madara. It's revealed that Obito still has some consiousness and says parting words to Minato and Kakashi before dying.
Does this sound like a good ending? Just a wild idea I came up with :x3:
