Well, the chapter was awesome as hell.
Back to the topic, we saw Lee throwing the kunai in the path of the onmyoudon and Gai. And then Minato appeared.
What happened then?
Some says the Onmyoudon destroyed Mianto completely. ( My state was same when I was reading the chapter )
But he isn't dead yet. Kishi nicely arranged everything.
The underlined statement isn't true. Imagine if Minato would have been destroyed by the onmyoudon completely then where's the onmyoudon? They should be still moving forward to attack Gai. But they weren't.
Another possibility is that Minato teleported them along with him far away from Madara.
But that won't hold the onmyoudon away from Madara for long until he comes back in the range.
The only possibility is that when Minato got hit by the onmyoudon, Kakashi sent the whole thing to Kamui dimension. ( Well that's already planned by them
)

It was the meeting between a father and son once again for the final time. Minato, who's about to vanish completely will get to make a final call to Naruto. Also the onmyoudon won't harm Mianto further. they will be still in the Kamui dimension as long as Madara is still the Jinchuuriki. And Mianto will get to talk to Naruto as long as he steps away from the onmyoudon in the Kamui dimension the moment he's teleported.
