I don't think so! Sasuke will start out soon for sure, but he won't fight alongside with tobi against kages. He's going to go after naruto, upon whom he has centered his hatred! Plus tobi is having 6 jinchuriikis to engage the kages. Maybe sasuke will meet kakashi before naruto!?!
