Just a guess, but Karin probably went with Orochimaru and Suigetsu to go save the other kages. They'll probably bite her arm and get fully healed. Then Tsunade will be like "OMG! We both have Uzumaki genes. BFFs for life!"

1-karin heal bite does not fully heal

2- her heal bite does not heal big wounds ( juggo healed sasuke for her she couldnt)

3- karin cant heal more than once a day and only one person than she run out of chakra

4- she doesnt pass her chakra her chakra itselfs heal . So they wont have uzumaki dna or whatever .what kabuto did is different.

I never understood this ''bite me and get healed'' thing.
Why doesnt she make a jutsu to give people her chakra, instead of letting them bite her...
