Anyhow,

I was re-reading the entire Uchiha bros. vs Kabuto fight, to check if Itachi would win in a versus match(btw, he would) and then I got to the biggest Plot no Jutsu of them all: Izanami.

We all know Kabuto is left behind in the genjutsu. The only way to escape is to acknowledge his mistakes.

In my humble opinion, he will. And believe it or not. He will have plot relevance again. He most likely will betray Lord Orochimaru. His mistake were accepting Oro as his savior, and as his mentor. He was bright enough himself, and never should have followed Oro, or leave him later on.

He is a medical ninja. Medical ninja's are supposed to heal shinobi, as was originally in his nature.

Once he acknowledged his mistake, he will set things right. He will help the good guys defeat Oro, with the poison he has -the one against hashi cells- and deal with Orochimaru(who has a body made of Hashi cells), and stop the kage Edo Tensei.

EDIT: Btw... somewhere before the Konoha invasion... Oror foreshadowed it: Kabuto will be his downfall... I will search for the scans..

Yup... And after redeeming... what else can he do? he served Oro since day one... I always found it quite strange that Suigetsu is the only one who is freaking out by Oro... the rest kinda follows him nonetheless... He must be stopped by one of his apprentices... Since an Uchiha couldn't finish it.

hahahaha I was gonna show u that kabuto was contemplating betraying orochimaru already, but was too scared(kinda)
then Kakashi sorta saved him when he stopped kabuto from murdering sasuke in his sleep (chunin exams infirmary)
Kabuto has been waiting a long time for stopping oro. and kabuto is quite fond of sasuke.
He feels a connection to him and his loneliness and being wanted by oro situation, that kabuto was
unable to escape himself. Itachi's words will get to Kabuto and he will betray Oro during the time
when Oro will have (or try to take) Sasuke's body.

Yes, I see that happening. Kabuto will help defeat Orochimaru. I would kill to see a final battle between Orochimaru and Kabuto, Anko, and Yamato (the latteer three are all at the Mountans' Graveyard and all have a connection to Lord Orochimaru) (Btw, that's originally SilverSlick's idea, not mine)

Plus I also think Kabuto has had a hard time with the way things went with kimmimaru and holds Orochimoru some what responsible so this might play a factor since it was obvious Kabuto had a speical relationship to kimmimaru.
